To answer your questions: There are 6 starters for your team and however many back - ups you want really. It doesn't cost much but rather a home bowling center willing to support you. You have to pay for practice and all your tourney's and if you make it, the State Trip. Ill tell you i bowled for hixson and we didn't have much of a budget but we made and so can any other bowling program willing to do so.
