Gibbs won 7-6 on a walkoff home run by Livesay. Ugly game for Gibbs though - 6 errors. Mostly just simple throwing errors. Hopefully it is out of their system and they go back to playing better defense.

Ugly game for gibb? it was an ugly came for alcoa we had 10 hits but we left so many people on base.

Alcoa played much better defense than Gibbs. They (Aloca) just could not get the one big hit they needed to clear the bases in the 5th and 6th innings. Did you think the homeplate umpires strike zone was about the size of a tea cup or what?

Seymour and Carter have a big district series monday and tues. Monday 7:00 at Seymour. Tuesday 6:15 at carter. Who else plays next week??

Gibbs just got back from Rhea County Tournament and has no district games this coming week. Play Karns on Tuesday and Halls on Friday at home.

yea that was the worst game we have played this year.
