I don't know all about that, I also watched the games this weekend I think Oakdale can overpower Oliver Springs. By the time they played Midway they were just worn out I mean, they played at like 9 am that morning and then 3 games in one day is not very easy. I have faith in Oakdale, They looked pretty good to me. I have one question? who is that other pitcher they were pitching this weekend has she ever pitched for them before? I think Jessica Grayson will do just fine and so will the Lady Eagle team. This was a pre-season tourny, pretty much a pratice round. GO GET THEM LADY EAGLES!!!!

As for the other pitcher..lol..no she has pitch once last year but kept getting called for illegal pitching. but her name is Mereidth Smith. She did better than what everyone thought she would do. GETTEM BIG RED!!

As for the Lady Toppers or whatever saw them play this past summer in some of the tournaments I myelf played in. They were not impressive at ALL! Grant it it was a group of high school girls going and playing in travel ball tournaments but still if your going to play at least be able to compete. My pick is OZ wins district and district tournament. The girls from OZ have a lot of ground to pick up from last year during the regional game. Good luck to Coach Headden and the girls at OZ...Seniors lead the way do well...kim and Memo knock'em dead pitching!!!

It was a really hard played game by both teams considering the rainy condtions. Memo pitched most of the game and then Kim finished it off. Oakdale had some very good Defensive plays and Oliver Springs hit the ball well. Jessica Grayson came threw with her pitching and done awesome. I think she only walked no more than 3 people. Oakdale does need to work on hitting but other than that it was a great match up. Oakdale will need to be on their toes for Coalfield Thursday because Oz only beat them 2 to 1. If Oakdale just puts their minds to it they wont even let Coalfield get close.

who all is playing for them this year

did they get any new players

they really need a coach at wartburg that knows what they are doing

wartburg has never had a coach

they had some great players but not a coach to work with them

someone please send them some help
