AAA Region/Sub-State/State Tourney Bracket

Does anyone have a tournament bracket set up like jim314 does for basketball or does anyone know what it looks like with only 16 AAA teams left?

TSSAA.ORG has such a bracket for everybody playing this week and next....softball, baseball, soccer...etc...

 

ADDED: here is a nice printable bracket .....they are a little slow in updating it, but if you print it you can update it manually

DB won 5-1 over Morristown West

Morristown west gave us a fantastic game. It was a close game still tied at 1-1 in the 4th.

 

Bats came alive for DB in 5th where our guys scored the deciding 3 runs off of 3 hits and one error....

 

Bo Burton helped his own cause in the top of the 7th when he let fly a 1 out homerun over the right field fence to put the exclaimation point on the game. Burton had only 5 strikeouts but managed to scatter the 4 hits sparingly over all 7 innings.

 

That game belonged to either team the entire way as most games do, but DB began pulling away in the 5th inning to make it more difficult for Morristown West.

 

If DB will continue to focus on 1 game at a time (one inning at a time for that matter) and not look ahead or back "they could go all the way".... That sounded good...somebody should coin that phrase and us it again don;t you think??? ***wink

 

Great game Morristown, you have classy fans and a classy team.
