Sounds like one of two things happened based on the boxscore. The Mt. Juliet posts have been leading the team in scoring. Consequently, my guess is the posts got into early foul trouble or Smyrna packed into a zone and forced the Lady Bears to beat them from the outside due to the lack of Taylor Hall being sidelined. I wasn't there, but that's my assumption.

not real sure what happened to her but i heard that she took a hard fall to the ground.. i understand she stayed down for a while grabbing at her knee but thats all i know...

Taylor tore the ACL in her other knee against Shelbyville.

Critical game for both teams, but more so for Smyrna at home. Smyrna wins in a close3-4 point game at home , and takes the early lead in the rugged 9aaa race.

 

I HATE IT when i'm right !!! missed it by 2 points !!!!!

Hey, looks like I called it too.....this district is going to be fun this year!!!

 

I think it's going to be just as crazy as the NCAA football season this year!! The top team can change on any night.
