Arm strength and speed are god given gifts and can only be improved to a point. Be careful lifting weights because the wrong workout will hurt u way more than help you. long toss 2wice a week and take care of your arm and do surgical tubing everynight

Lifting weights is definitely something you should do if you want to get faster, but you must remember that just doing some random workouts is going to get you nowhere. Find someone that knows what they're talking about and begin a disciplined workout schedule. DEFINITELY remember to stretch before and after you lift, that's an extremely vital part to it.
