Who has what returning for the season and who is favored to win district?

1.) Monterey-we always have a good team. lost some starters but we don't rebuild we reload!!!

 

2.) Jackson-Really a toss up here between them and pickett but i give them the edge just because of there depth at pitching

 

3.)Pickett-Lost 5 or something starters,and I think all of there pitching.

 

4.)Clay-just pure athleticism will beat clarkrange and RBS

 

5.) RBS- young in everysport,will get better though

 

6.)Clarkrange-just focus on basketball these days

clay will beat picket and jackson and sompete with montery with their players gettin older and the new coach the sorry team they had last year with the sorry coach will change with a better team and a better coach

I agree with on your first prediction Montery is tough and that is right all they do is reload and with a coach like loop yall are always pick be the favored,but after that it will be a toss up. rbs, jackson and pickett and clay will fight for second clarkrange will not have enough horse to compete,but they will be much improved,rbs will have much better picthing then last year and they are more athletic then in the past so watch out for them as for jackson county there always going to in be the hunt with coach king. pickett lost to much pitching dont know about clay with there new coach had some young talent last but there still young they could be a surprise. good luck to all in the district.

Monterey is tough, alwasy is. RBS has been young since we lost 8 starters from the district championship team in 04. Those kids who come up and have been playing for the last 2 or 3 years are now older, and I see RBS competing in the district this year unlike the past 3 years. If you lose 5 starters and all the your pitching not to mention your getting a new coach you'll be rebuilding and they will be rebuilding. Clay finished 5th last year, gets a knew coach so I don't see them finishing in front of RBS again this year, but I do see them in front of PC.

Man it sure is tough to practice with the bad weather. Monday was a great day to practice, but the rest of the week has been awful. Anybody, have any scrimmages coming. Jackson County goes to Cannon County tuesday. We have only done a little work on defense. It is also tough when the basketball team, is having a great post season. Go BLUE DEVILS on the court, and on the field.
