Chargers Clash Tournament

1. Chattanooga Christian hosted a middle school individual tournament this past weekend. We would like to expand next year. We are seeking middle schools that are traditionally smaller in size and thereby might not other wise go to, or get invited to, a tournament.

 

2. Along the same lines, we are exploring the possabilty of hosting a duals tournament for these same size schools, and to modify weight classes similarly to what the TSSAA has offered high schools this year. (MS and or HS)

 

3. During the month of June, the TSSAA allows live wrestling on campus. CCS, along with Central, will host nights in which we have live wrestling. This will be an individual thing. Coaches do not have to organize their team. This will be HS only.

 

4. Last, CCS is also exploring the idea of having a "Take Down" tournament (HS) some time in 2009-2010.
