Briarcrest "Li'l Dawg Fights" Tournament on 1/24

Briarcrest Middle is hosting a USAW tournament on 1/24. BCMS is located in east Memphis.

Here are the particulars for anyone interested:

 

WHEN:

Saturday, January 24th 2009

 

FORMAT:

Bantam through Cadet per USAW age and weight guidelines. All wrestlers and coaches must present a valid USA Wrestling Card to participate. [Note] Match time will be 1-1-1 for Bantam/Intermediate/Novice and 2-1-1 for Schoolboy/Cadet. 3-man brackets will be a round-robin format. 4+ man brackets will be double-elimination.

 

CHECK-IN:

7:00am ??“ 8:00am Bantam/Intermediate/Novice

11:00am ??“ 12:00pm Schoolboy/Cadet

START TIME:

9:00am Bantam/Intermediate/Novice

1:00pm Schoolboy/Cadet

 

ENTRY FEE:

$10 per wrestler. All entries need to be emailed to Paul Westfield at paulwestfield@bellsouth.net by Thursday, January 22nd @ 5:00pm. Please include the wrestler??™s age, weight, USAW division, and USAW card # on the entry form. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

 

ADMISSION: $7 for adults; $3 for children 10 and under.

 

AWARDS: The top 4 wrestlers in each weight class will receive medals.
