I think there are two ways that the TSSAA could break up the Quads:

 

Scenario One:

-Quad One--Greenville, Claiborne, Gibbs, Fulton, Scott, Livingston, Stone, Dekalb

-Quad Two--Chatt Central, Red Bank, East Ridge, Brainerd, Giles, Spring Hill, Page, D Lipscomb

-Quad Three--Whites Creek, Maplewood, White House, Greenbrier, Creekwood, Crockett, Dyersburg, Obion

-Quad Four--Liberty, Jackson SS, Lexington, Chester, Kingsbury, Sheffield, Trezevant, Fairley

 

Scenario Two:

-Quad One--Greenville, Claiborne, Gibbs, Fulton, Chatt Central, Red Bank, East Ridge, Brainerd

-Quad Two-- Scott, Livingston, Stone, Dekalb, Whites Creek, Maplewood, White House, Greenbrier

-Quad Three--Giles, Spring Hill, Page, D Lipscomb, Creek Wood, Liberty, Lexington, Chester
