Who are your top 3 picks to be in the running for MVP this year?

Josh Lee (Best Player on the best team)

Ryan Shelton (Will be the best player in the district next year)

Tony Kemp (Best Player in the District)

 

Honestly, it depends on how coaches vote. Last year they voted Mookie Betts the MVP. If they follow suit with that theory this year, it has to go to Josh Lee. I like to see the award giving to the best player and that would be Tony Kemp.

IndyEagle9, I like your picks. Vandy is lucky to get both Lee and Kemp. I have watched everyone in the district this year for an entire series. Just saw Ravenwood vs, Centennial. Kemp is a game changer. He was 7 for 10 in the series, with NO help from his team. I believe the voting is done by the best player on the best team, so it won't be Kemp but it should. Lee is good in all phases of his game. Shelton benefits from a small park, with his homerun numbers. However, these are the best three canidates. The districts choice will be Shelton, they love homeruns. My Choice would be Kemp or Lee, (both are better prospects) don't know if shelton can handle tough pitching.

MVP = Shelton. Homeruns are going to rule the district and hes killing everybody. Plus i agree with you varsity4 there's no way Kemp can win with the team he is working with. Just tough to see him go down again for 2 years straight on a mediocre team in the district.
