D. Lowe started and D. Bevis finished. Both threw about 3 or 4 innings. I'm not sure who will be on the mound Thursday. Rice threw on Monday and Ray has been injuried. Could be S. Skelton, H. Skelton, or back to Lowe and Bevis. As far as hitting, the ball was put in play. S'town made the plays and WC didn't.

Sounds like S'town is starting hot. They may be harder to handle the farther the season goes. That single A district is going to provide some real good baseball games this year.

Morrison pitched well. Just a freshman at that. He is going to provide the Stown people with some real excitement the next few years. He is a very good athlete on the baseball field and the basketball court.

 

Lyons came in and finished the game off and pitched well.
