18U team tryouts 1:00 PM April 23 at Knoxville Grace Christian HS softball field. Team Coaches have College coaching experience. Looking for committed players only, would like to keep the roster at a minimum to ensure playing plenty of time. We hope to play from late May through October. Questions - email Bryan Moss at buckmoss1@gmail.com or call Keith Powell at 865-740-1902.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe you can have try-outs or practices with high school ladies during HS softball season for a travel ball team. I believe this is against TSSAA rules and regulations.

Yellow Ball, you are correct. Not sure how TSSAA can track this,but the rule states. "A student whose name is listed on the school eligibility report, CANNOT participate in an independent game or meet, until the the season has closed in that paticular sport.(Does not include golf,tennis,or bowling) Meet, i.e. tryout's. :ph34r:

What team and schedule are you looking to play? Pitcher availible here, non commited at this time. ETSU Bound,Wasn't sure if ETSU had a travel Team, that's why we were waiting. 423-426-6297. D.O.B. 6-21-93 3 x allstate. AA Freshman 3rd place state,sophmore AA champions, Junior 5th Place State. Senior, yet to see.

Q. Is it a violation for a registered athlete in baseball or softball to practice with an independent team?

A. No, provided he/she participates in practice situations only (batting practice, infield practice, etc.), provided no game situations are involved.

These 2 contradicts the other. Meets sounds as no bp,infeild, ect ....? Who know"s the legal terms of these 2 different explanations?

      Gravedigger gotta finish filling the hole before hitting 40 East. May need a new Yellow Shirt play signaler on the Stones. And apparently a new strength coach now. Cicadas must've got shaken out of the bushes in Donelson. Hopefully the mower man sticks around to keep DG field looking pristine. Maybe new OC can call in a favor to his PGA friends that knows a thing or two about being green during the season. The heat is on soon. Bring in the 2 way freak Iceman and cool things off. He knows a thing or 2 about wildcats. Gotta take our talents South soon for Nationals. Don't step on my blue suede shoes.

      I think this goes on a lot more than most people know, maybe not finishing an entire geometry class in 90 minutes. This situation seems special.

      Clint and Blake sitting at home right now after Sunday service having a family discussion.   Pork Chops and Greens on the menu, and maybe some cookies and milk for a snack later.   Clint probably told him he sucked and ruined the legacy, and would be right.   The next HC sits in MJ, but wears blue, JMO.

      Report from Kodak was the RV isn't ready to load on back.   Working on option offense now because "he can do it all" like his dad.   Zebra had enough had to call a timeout and head on back early for some weekend work down in the Och.   @Sackmaster50 doing running the dance circuit winning titles on the weekend, needs to talk to the boss and get the schedule figured out.
