2 pt play?

When will the High school football change the rule allowing the defense to score on the point after score try? I have always thought that the offense has 2 choices to earn pts after scoring: xpt or 2 pt try. Yet, the defense cannot benefit from creating a turnover on the xtra pt try. Make it like college. To my knowledge, it is the only play in football where the defense cannot earn pts. It would be a simple rule change and make the pt after try much more meaningful and exciting.
