Southeast Regional Freestyle/Greco Training Camp

Great opportunity for any of you SE Tennessee boys, around the Chattanooga area, wanting to get two days of solid, organized Freestyle/Greco training in before Regional’s. Get a chance to tune up with some different workout partners!! This is not a clinic.....wrestlers that sign up need to come ready too work!

 

 

Southern Hawk WC / Shorter University will be conducting a Freestyle/Greco training camp for wrestlers preparing to compete in the upcoming Southeast Regional’s, May 27-29 in Atlanta, GA. This camp will cover fundamental mat strategies from the neutral and par-terre positions. These workouts will be structured with a ton of drilling and technique situations. We will use Sonoraville High School to host the camp since it's conveniently located off Interstate 75. We recommend registering with someone around the same size to guarantee a workout partner. 10:00-12:00 / Technique Session

12:00-1:00 / Lunch *Provided (Fresh Deli Sandwich / Fruit / etc... NO JUNK!!)

1:00-3:30 / Technique, Live Wrestling!

 

Day 2: 10:00-12:00 / Technique

12:00-1:00 / Lunch *Provided

1:00-3:30 / Technique, Review, Live Wrestling!

 

*All wrestles will need a current USA Wrestling Card

Hawk Wrestling Camp and certify that within the past

two years, he has had a physical examination and is in

good health and able to participate in all camp activities.

If medical attention is required for illness or injury while

attending camp, I give my permission for such care and I

hereby waive and release the camp, its staff, and the host

site of all liability for any illness or injury which may occur.

I understand that any wrestler who does not abide by

camp rules and regulations is subject to dismissal without

reimbursement or recourse and any damage to facilities will

be assessed to those responsible.
