Red Bank HS in Chattanooga, TN is hosting a preseason tournament the night after UTC wrestles Iowa (11/16/2012) in Chattanooga 11/17|

We are expecting 16 man brackets, but please RSVP by 11/3/2012 in case we need more mats and table workers. TSSAA officials.

 

Cost is $10 per wrestler but maximum of $100 per team. Weight management available on site. Cost is $10 per person (payable to weight management person).

 

Scratch weight with honor weigh ins. Names and weights due by 7 pm friday November 16, 2012. Email Ben.reichel@yahoo.com. PLEASE RANK EACH WRESTLER! (1 = beginner, 5 = stud). We will attempt to match beginners together for early rounds.

 

Coaches meeting at 8am sharp to finalize brackets (scratches). Wrestling will start 8:30 am est.

Thanks for the info, what ages will your event have? HS only or Youth also?

 

Looking for somebody to host a Youth K-8 or MS event when Iowa comes to town. Even a MS Duals would be fine

This is a good way to get a large crowd in town for the Iowa dual and a good fund raiser for whoever hosts the event.

Thank you CMP. Provided we don't have more than 16 man brackets it is possible we could use an additional gym for MS. I'll have a much better feel for the turnout in the next couple months. But having youth as well wouldn't be possible. You may want to check with Mike Newman at McCallie or Ben Nelson of Baylor or Michael Sutherland of the AAU.

An easy k-5 and 6-8 duals or open K-8 event would be a smash for someone on a fundraiser.Or even a MS 6-8 only duals could be a great option for anyone looking to draw Regional club teams in!
