Gaines accounts for 6 TD's

QB Justin Gaines accounted for all 6 TD's Friday as Friendship defeated Whitwell 42-15. He scored on runs of 59, 59 & 21 -- and threw for scores of 10, 48 and 98. The last two of which went to Adam Tomlinson. The 98 was a fade out of his own endzone -- Tomlinson went up and got it and out ran the defender. Gaines rushed 16 times for 201, completed 5-of-10 for 188, O interceptions. FCS 8-3, Whitwell 6-5. FCS at 10-1 Boyd Buchanan next week.
