Summer Camps at Notre Dame High School

Notre Dame High School (Chattanooga, TN) will be offering two camps this summer: 

 

Beginner Camp: June 27 - July 1 (grades 1-6) 

 

Advanced Camp: July 11 - 15 (grades 7-12) 

 

Coaches Rocco Mansueto and Phillip Mansueto will be running the day-2-day workouts with numerous clinicians featured throughout the week. Expect a high-paced camp, with: 

 

- Neutral, Top, Bottom Techniques (fundamental to advanced)

- Hard Drilling / Transitional Drills 

- Live Wrestling / Situational Wrestling 

- Goal Setting, Weight Management, & Mental Preparation Strategies 

- Strength Training & More
