As far as I can look back over the past decade, here in TN we have averaged putting about 5 kids a year into D1.  Last year we had 14 and so far this year we already have 7 commuted or signed with a bunch more to come.  I would expect at least 14 if not more this year especially if Chittum reclassifies. 
Pretty impressive growth trend here in TN.
