...just outside Louisville (Ky's largest city).

3A school (just dropping down after 4 very successful years in 4A), should be legit contender for AAA state title next year.

Just had a Social Studies spot come open for the Spring Semester and Principal will let me fill with a football coach if I can get one.

We are in need of someone on the DEFENSIVE side of the ball primarily who could assist our new Def. Coordinator with Xs and Os as they relate to Coverage (DB or LB coach needed). Would mean assisting on all defensive calls on game nights as well as helping to develop/implement multiple coverage principals in our defensive scheme (Coordinator has more of a "D-line" background and needs a GOOD "right-hand man" he can trust).

Again, this is an IMMEDIATE opening for Social Studies that needs to be filled AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Oldham Co. HS is a top-10 academic school in the state of Ky. Kids are VERY well-behaved in school (similar to Brentwood area), fairly good diversity, and good administrators with COACHING backgrounds.

Football kids are VERY disciplined, used to working hard year-round, and being DRIVEN by coaches that demand perfection. We have over 90 kids in our program (Frosh through Sr.) yearly. We've won over 70% of our games since 1995 and have advanced to state Quarterfinals twice since 1998. Feel like dropping in class (with no loss of players to new school being built) should make us a contender for rounds beyond the Quarterfinals.

Serious inquiries (and SOLID football coaches/teaching candidates) only please sent to:

(For additional references about our program from a Tennessee HS coach, contact Brian Rector at Ravenwood HS outside Nashville or Jason Guthrie at Brentwood HS).

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
