Grassland Middle School, in Franklin, TN, is hosting a football conditioning camp for rising 4th thru 8th Graders.

 

Date: June 2nd thru 6th

Time: 9:30 am til Noon

Cost: $50.00

 

This is a no pad, conditioning and skills camp designed to develop positive work ethics, motivation and football skills for young athletes.

Football Conditioning Camp

Date: June 2nd thru 6th

Location: Grassland Middle School

2390 Hillsboro Rd.

Franklin, TN

Cost: $50.00

 

 

Purpose

This is a no pad, conditioning and skills camp is designed to develop positive work ethics, motivation, positive winning attitudes and football skills for youth athletes.

 

Ages

Camp is open to rising 4th thru 8th graders.

 

Equipment

No special equipment is needed.

All campers should wear work out clothes and running shoes or football cleats.

All campers need to bring an extra t-shirt and water bottle each day.

 

Location

Campers will meet on the Grassland Middle School Football Field. In the event of inclement weather, camp will be held in the Grassland Middle School gym.

 

Camp Schedule

8:30 Drop Off and Sign-in

9:00 Warm-up and Stretch

9:30 Conditioning Drills

10:00 Football Fundamentals and Technique Drills

11:00 Competition Drills

11:45 Cool down and stretch

12:00 Pick up*

* All campers need to be picked up by 12:30 pm.

All campers receive a t-shirt with their paid registration.

Campers will compete in Punt, Pass & Kick contest on the final day of camp.

Awards and medals will be handed out during the camp˜s closing ceremonies.
