District 6-A Tournament @ Lookout Valley

The District 6-A Tournament will kick off on Friday with a play-in game between Whitwell and Sale Creek @ Whitwell.

 

Here are the seedings:

#1 Chattanooga Christian

#2 Lookout Valley

#3 South Pittsburg

#4 Whitwell

#5 Sale Creek

 

The tournament will be in full swing on Saturday at Lookout Valley.

 

Whitwell and Sale Creek split during the regular season, with each team winning on its home field. The winner of this game will take on Chattanooga Christian.

 

This tournament has been good to Whitwell, who has finished 2nd the past 2 years. They lost last season in the final to CCS, who finished 3rd in the state tournament.

I'd say that Whitwell will win, those boys don't seem to ever quit. Good luck to everybody in the tourney though

im pretty sure that we (whitwell) will have this one...coach has worked us really hard this week and the whole team has high hopes of pulling out some of the tourney magic that we have done the past 2 years..it will be a good good game

Lookout Valley finsished off strong with a win agaisnt South Pitt. today with a score of 13-3 and CCS rounded up Sale Creek 15-0

Sale Creek looked like a completely different team Saturday against CCS than they did against Whitwell. They had way too many errors. If they plan to beat SP they are going to have to straighten up. The second baseman missed two routine ground balls that my grandmother would have had.

We were supposed to play today but it does not look like we are going to be able to. I'm not sure who we are throwing but we really need Levi behind the plate. Our best lineup is when Alexander is pitching. But I am not sure that we will throw him.

you need levi to pitch this next game. a must win game you should be pitching your best one unless his arm is tired.
