Concerning Craig's decision to not continue playing: There's something to be said for quitting while you're on top. Who knows, he could decide to play college ball, get drafted, and make a lot of money in the big leagues. On the other hand, it may be hard to top what he and this Farragut team are accomplishing right now.

 

Either way, I respect his decision as long as it's what he really wants to do.

Farragut gets no hit by Houston's Ace.

 

good call on that no hits thing maybe that will shut all the press down here up that was saying we play no one all year and our record is a fluke.... the pomerez article was real cute a few days ago.... knoxvillians you should have seen it... big picture labeling his "awesome" parts... looks like craig cobb was actually the main attraction....
