District 3A.......

predictions for district 3A and players to watch from the teams?

This should be a tight race in 3A this year. I will take a stab at it

1) Meigs- Lost a great player but still return a very good point and forward from last year.

2) Rockwood- I believe some young players from last year are ready to step up

3) Grace- Lost a lot of players to graduation but has some strong young players. they return a couple of very good players

4) Harriman- Yes Harriman I heard they have some new players. Cant really confirm that.

5) Tellico- don't know a lot about them

6) Midway- some nice players returning. Always seem to underachieve.

7) Greenback- What is there to say

Meigs I think will be the team to beat.  Lost only 1 from the State Runner up team from last year. 

Grace is Grace they just seem to reload every year.  I know they lost some good players from last year.

Tellico lost 3 to graduation but of the 3 only 1 started pretty much every game, 1 who started about half the games and was injured, 1 that played sparingly some games never seen the floor except for warm ups.  Returning several jrs that have started or played since freshmen, a couple sr that have started and played some last year and a couple good freshman.

Rockwood don't know much about them

Harriman have heard rumors of some really good young player and a new one that moved in then heard he didn't.

Midway lost some really good players not sure of what is coming in

Greenback not much to say about them. 

 

Hope to see some very good games this year.....
