Yea they stacked the box for some reason ward kept pounding jones up the middle so we went to the air. A few of Dyersburgs errors weren't error IMO the d out played them and the qb didn't place the ball were it should be. I hope to see dburg again and If we are clicking the score will be worse than last night!!

Oh and btw I'm a big Crockett fan c/o 06 and I've acknowledge the whole team for doing well and not just single at JJ even though he's the best back we've had since Earnest Williams! He's a blast to watch just like he was! Can't wait until game time... Go CAVS!!

I've been on coacht supporting my cavs for years now and this season I'm staying hush hush until week 8 or so... Not getting ahead of myself like past seasons. But I say my cavs role big in this game... 38 to 13 Crockett!

They forget about 06 at the Cavs house and the beating they took that night! But i do admit milans had our number. Im hoping it changes tomorrow night! ) lol

My Cavs with the number of starters returning are very experinced. Theres not a bunch of that cockey we want loose because we were picked to go to state by lots of people attitude. The players seem to be on there game and there to play hard nosed football one play at a time. The cavs senior running back is dangerous if the lines on its game. We have other speed besides jones, as well as some size and a qb with a lot of potential. This Friday will be the first real test for both teams. Im picking my cavs over milan 20 to 31

My cavaliers are looking pretty solid from what ive seen so far. Lots of speed as well as size.The offensive and defensive lines look alot better this year as well as the WR and line backers. The punt return and kickoff teams look solid. Our qb cade parlow is looking good and has a lot of potential. Could be a good season for the cavs if we can keep the team healthy especially Johnny Jones who missed the first 5 games last season but still manged to rush for over 1000yards in the remaining games. So does anyone know how Southside looks so far this year? Thinking my cavs go to jackson and take of biz tomorrow night... these teams were big rivals in the early 2000's!

Its great to see my cavaliers back on the uphill after a few down years! I agree Johnny should be a big factor and fun to watch. Some are saying he will be a better back as earnest williams back in 01 and 02... its hard to top his abilities but will see.

I'll be making the trip from Crockett Co to mapelwood ... Somthing about traveling a good distance to a game that i like. Unless you loose and have the dreadful ride home! Lol

I'm a long time cavalier fan... Usually start out threads on here but haven't been lately.. Been really busy. But my cavs seem to improve every game... And if they come to play ball I think we have the potential to play a lot of teams close. We're a young team .. We have some speed and a few good RBS one is a senior and two other good backs both only sophomores if I'm not mistaken. Our D started out slow but seems to be playing with a little fire now! Guess will see how it goes! Goo CROCKETT !! Go in and play with some heart and leave it all on the field!! ðŸ‘

It will be a HECK of a game I thInk by seeing the two play! Even though the score doesn't reflect it but against Milan my cavs broke a few big runs, put togther a few drives and on "D" made a few good stops . Against Covington our D was defenseless :-/! Like purpleandgoldfan said on a thread some were "I dont know why you all quit passing it was working". Those 20 points Crockett scored or whatever it was set up by or from passing the ball. I think Milan's D is better but Covington has the slight edge on offense... Just by watching them play my cavs! Going to be the game of the year!

I can't figure out why they did either purpleandgoldfan! Might have attempted 5 passes all night against Milan... There line was getting threw so that's the only reason I can see that we didn't get the ball in the air more!

My cavs have lost the last two games. Can they bounce back and get this win! I don't see Crockett loosing three straight... I think they will come on to there home field and play ball! I see this game going down to the wire... Like many past games! Possibly even a OT! Can't wait to see if coach ward lights a fire under them this week! Go Crockett!!

Congrats to Milan they came to play. Milans Rb's were just flat out to fast for our D! Wish my cavs would attempt going to the air a bit more especially when the D has your run game slowed down tremendously! I mean if it's half time and your down and running the ball isn't working what would you do.... Try somthing different make adjustments :-/! I don't know what to call my cavs performance! It was ugly and my cavs didn't come to play ball! But yet I still seen good things ,effort an want to... But only every other play or two. They werent consistent ! Only got aggressive and made big hits giving that extra effort when there was a momentum shift or when they got angry over a bad call and what not ! Keep your head up CAVS the season is not over.You just have to show up to the field fired up and ready to play every quarter and down like your mad at the world lol.. Don't wait on somthing to make you more aggressive show up ready to play every down like its your last !! Make a statement in this second half of the season ! Go cavs!!

wish we could catch them on a rare off night lol! I'm sure most of Milan was a ill, quick to snap and all those things this week after the loss to SGC! I bet there wasn't much tall about Friday night at the diner this week lol!

I guess I'm missing a lot here.... But we beat you all last year...bad game for SGC or not! This year both teams are basically the same correct? Crocketts a lot better... And from what I see so is SGC sooooo why would this game with SGC this year not be a battle or be considered a upset if we beat them??

Well said cavalier fan ! We are very young and over the next few years I think we will be a force and top team in the west ! Can't wait to meet up with SGC should be a good game ! But like Cavan said this is about our game with Milan!

I was thinking the same thing! So that means nothing to me just like the dawgs getting to play on there field! It didn't stop sg from winning and if my cavs come to play those measly things shouldnt matter in this game!! I don't think my cavs offense will be held to anything less that 14 points! My main concern is our D which was a big factor in our loss to the chargers....the defense is going to HAVE TO step up make big stops on 4th down like they failed to do against Covington ! Can't wait for this game Friday night! Roll on CROCKETT... No more loses!lets give Milan another L !! Should be an intresring game that could go either way very quickly !!!Go Crockett !!!!

Well I figured this topic would have already been posted . Anyway what are you alls thoughts on this game? Both teams suffered there first loss of the season last week! I'm sure both will come in fired up not wanting to add another L to there record! Should be a great game!

Man I will never understand it either! When we did pass it was working for us! But no lets keep trying yo run until the 4th when it's 35 to 7 then let's try to go back to the air. Made me really ill!

This little loss for Milan will knock that cockiness down a little! There not as unbeatable and great as they thought! Baaaahahaha!
