To just make a little point about your first scenario. The customer of the restaurant is not required to sign a form stating he or she has read and knows all the rules and will abide by those rules . The TSSAA requires all head coaches to sign a form stating that they know the rules and will abide by them.

Pasture just a little reminder, when people on coacht first started talking about the CSAS kids taking part in spring practice and possible other violations that had been turned into the TSSAA, you defended Coach Cahstain. You said he was good man and if he did anything wrong it was out of ignorance as in not knowing the rules. Now you are saying that he is not trustworthy. Which one is it a good man or not trustworty. My opinion is that he is probably a good man and he just followed suit with what was already taking place at Temple, and like those before him they let their desire to win overcome what they knew to be the right thing to do. It can happen to any of us.

I believe the Temple fans are in the politics stage of this event, DENIE EVERY THING AND MAKE ACCUSATIONS. I believe people on here would respect them more if they would just admit that there is a problem here. Some of them still act like the TSSAA is not even investigating Temple, that Stephen Hargis is just making these articles up.

If you look at the article in the TFP it sure sounds like to me that the TSSAA is still looking into the southeast whitfield connection and that is where Larson and Ridley came from. I don't know how you can say that every thing has cheched out ok there. It is very clear to me that TSSAA is still investigating read the article.

Kids can play football at another school if their school dose not offer the sport, but I believe it has to be a cooperative agreement between the two schools and TSSAA has to be notified. Also I believe that it is suppose to be public with public and private with private or the school closest in proximity. I am not positive of this maybe zonepirate can shed some light on the question, but I do know that CSAS and TT did not have a cooperative agreement.

You misunderstood my point about the atmosphere of wrong oing. The point that I was trying to make was that this atmosphere of people beleiving that there is wrong oings going on there at TT started under Wadleys and Skogens time there. That this suspicion of wrongdoing did not begin with The Chastain incident. I did not say or suggest that the Skogens were recruited to TT but that there were suspicsions about them paying the tuitions. Now with the books apparently showing a discrepancy it creates more suspicion. I would like to ask you a question since you seam to know. With the latest rumor about Dee Newsomes dad being made over security on game days did that actually take place or not? I ask that question because I noticed that you didn't comment on that accusation.

You might be right about some of these other issues but all the athletic problems and the atmosphere of wrong doing started under Wadley and Skogen and their desire to win championships. The speculation of wrong doing has been there for the last 4 are 5 years begining with the Skogens and players just showing up when there was a need at certain positions to make the football team and basketball team better. Also the speculation if the tuitions were being payed. Surely you can understand why people would be suspicious
