There are 12 teams committed to the 3rd Annaul MS Baseball State Tournament. Siegel, Blackman, Central, Smyrna, Rock Springs, Charlotte, Dickson, Goodpasture, Walter J. Baird, Mt. Juliet, West Wilson, and Warren County. Tournament needs one more pool of four teams to round it out at 16.

Congrads to Sequatchie Co. yall folks call Warren Co. MS to possibly get in state tourney and play some reg season games. 2bitts is right, Siegel played Indiana in Finals, BUT Semifinal game was 'tween WC and Indiana w/ Indy winnning in the bottom of 7th with 2 out 2 k 3 R HR. I've heard the WC Coach already has all the M'boro players he wants in McMinnville! didn't need that many last year and doesn't seem to need that many this year> HA! HA! HE! HE!

All I wanted to know is really why the young man chose to go to Riverdale. I was looking for the answer like a HAH man told his family he should go there since thet were going to move to Middle Tennessee and didn't want to live in Nashville. ( We know were u'll by your sporting goods now. ) Then you all got defensive, so i started to have little fun with it. All it was. Yes you all will have a solid club and the district and region is the toughest in the state. Never count ANYONE out at ANYTIME! You all should know that. Good Luck to you this season.

Williams will be Reavis's assistant. Couldn't get a better team to open a new school. Both former D1 players and great coaches.

Dekalb Co. has a junior who is among the mid-state's best. His name is Brandon Cox, he plays SS and leads off for them.at maybe a bigger school he would hit in the 2 hole and be as good as second baseman as you can get. Smaller fellow but makes up with it with his hustle. Can toe the monund also if needed.

from what I hear all athletic fields are in litigation. also hear new coach will be named by end of this week but, thats what I heard last week also.

You got that right! White Co. is scary on back to back days! I really ge tired of hearing these cookville people gripe. Like the man said will see by mid season. By the way why have they had like 4 coaches is the past 4 or 5 years? Whats going on up there? The district will be the toughest in the state to win the winner could have 3 or 4 district losses!

The Tennessee Ravens are pretty tough. The best team in Tennessee will no doubt be the Memphis Tigers. They are the defending Sandy Koufax / AABC World Champs. They won the toughest 14 under amateur baseball tournament last year with a record of like 70-2!

Not trying to put Farr down, just don't think he's one of the top Sr's in Mid-State. I think A.Watkins from Blackman will have a big year along with G. Rogers from Warren County. Wish all the luck to Farr and DeKalb. Vote for me in next election!

No doubt Jacob Bratcher from Warren County is one of the best. Hard nose kid with all of the tools. Will get significant PT as a Frosh with so many games on the schedule.

Watch and see your district opponents will throw him hard and in. Boy tries hard but he's not one of the top Sr.'s in Mid-State. Better at basketball.

Those are strong words, but their teams have been on the top in the recent past. Better do our talkin on the field, believe me. I really wouldn't wnat to anger the Warriors anymore with those two pitchers they have to put out there on TUE and WED. I also do believe the district is getting tougher every year and the region is the best in the state and M'Boro doesn't make up all that.
