you're wrong. if milan and humboldt both win out then humboldt wins the region because they will only have 1 loss, and milan gets 2nd because they have 2 losses but hold the tiebreaker on the other 2 loss teams. the only way for milan to win the region is to win out and for humboldt to lose a game.
