*yet another heavy sigh...* From what I understand, yes. That was allegedly because of an assistant(?) coach playing favorites during baseball season. Wasn't there, don't know for sure. Quite honestly, I'm not going to get into that - not my place considering my boy plays for Central. I have my own theories but I don't do dirty laundry in public. Coach Derrick has enough on his plate without comments from the parent's peanut gallery.

I am. Any team, I don't care how "good" it may be, can lose any given game.

*heavy sigh* Being realistic, it depends on what Central team shows up Friday - the "Well, At Least We get To Wear The Jersey At School On Friday" team or the "We're Hungry and We're Not Going to Take It Anymore" team. Depending on which team shows up, Polk may be in for a nasty surprise.

We'll see Friday Night.

The McMinn Central band takes the concession revenue - pretty small band, uninspiring, likes to play "Music to Kill Yourself By".... pretty sure the football program is getting ripped off in this case. Still trying to find out how the band managed that one...

Sigh... Ok, cool enough. May I make a suggestion? Just edit the post and say why, it makes for fewer misunderstandings. As far as "striking resemblance", can you not check by IP? Personnel changes concerning players. There was a shakeup with offense and defense - and the defensive philosophy has improved/changed for the better.

Blah. The personnel changes since the East Ridge loss have made the difference for the Central Chargers - they're not the doormat they once were - and won't be if Coach Derrick has anything to do with it.
