I would love argueing this one out til i am blue but there is no escaping the dominance of east TN and some middle so FORGET IT Dyersburg will return their QB Rashad Taylor, and RB Tyler Caldwell, The offnesive line is only losing two players, but one of which was a Mr Football finalist , so it could get interesting. Coach Counce never really gets down about the lose of eniors. He just prepares and does what it takes to win so he will be ready, last year they lost 12 to 14 players and the won so...Tyler Caldwell is my early pick for a lot of offensive awards. Although D'burg was killed in the worst defensive preformance I have ever seen this side of TN, Caldwell had an outstanding game against Liscomb D and was never really stopped from getting the yards he wanted. Evident by his stat line...I think they will win 7, whick should be a little bit easier this year,,,,,,,,,,,,, BUT lets get over that now cuz if they get all the way through back to the semis to play liscomb again or whoever. I JUST WANTED TO SAY GOOD LUCK TO BOTH TEAMS. NO MATTER WHO WINS OR LOSE BOTH TEAMS HAVE MADE IT THIS FAR..SOO GOOD LUCK... . BUT I WOULD LIKE TO SAY GO TROJANS .....

All I see here are people making assumations about teams they dont really seem to know anything about,,,This is trojansfan_04. and i cant lie to you, I dont know alot about DL, I asked questions about them early in the board to get an idea about them and think I got something to go by now so... Throw the rankings out the window for this one,,,,Two weeks ago, 13th ranked rutgers rolled into into 3rd ranked Louisville, and the reminded them Y anyone can win a football game, but the Rutgers got rolled on byt Cincy so,,It just goes to show it doesnt matter what rank ur D is or you O, You have to get it done....I know that DL hasnt played well against alot of the things we like to run, That has seemed to be one point that has stayed constant...DL runs a wingT, which is an offnese that D'burg has gotten better at defending but WHO KNOWS, and DL has a very good athletic QB..That may be Dyersburg biggest down fall,,,Its goin to be a awesome game, I could see it goin either way although Liscomb is prolly heavy favorites, but from now on lets talk football,,,I hope that when Liscomb leaves here wIN or LOSE, they know trojan football mean business,,,,,,BUT hopefully they leave wih a lose.........

well this as really turned into some post...we can go back in forth all day about this and that but there will be only one team standing come friday night...no matter what both teams are there for one reason they played there buts off to get there these are high school kids and come friday night win or lose they made this far and they have nothing to hang there heads down for....these boys have played week after week so who cares where they are ranked guess what they are in the top 4 in the region more then some of them on that ranking can say....dyersburg will come out and play football friday night just like DL will..so good luck to both teams and we will see come friday night ..........GO TROJANS....

well i can not say enough about the trojans last night they played a great game the first touchdown of the game couldn't get no better i think that was the best play all season and i have been to ever game.....i want to say this to the covington team you showed more sportmenship then any team we have played in the playoffs my hats off to you...and i hope we as dyersburg fans did the same..as for next week well i dont know if i can wait as a fan you have to know the feeling of just knowing you are going to represent all of west tennessee next week. i want the players and the coaches to know what a great job they are doing..and as we have vistors coming into to town let show them that we are proud of our trojans.....and lets fill j c sawyer staduim and make some noise for our dyersburg trojans.......good luck trojans ....see ya friday night...

well here we are another week of trojan football..i can not say enough about the trojans they played a another great game friday night...i hope this friday night to be the same..hope all you fans coming in for the game have a safe trip ..this will be a tough one but i hope to see all the fans i seen pulling for dyersburg this week there again next week i know with the thankgiving week coming up alot of people have plans but what better plans then to be watching some dyersburg trojan football...i know we can pack the house and let them know we are there to support them all the way...GOOD LUCK TROJANS....3 DOWN 2 MORE TO GO...

this aint the same dyersburg team you seen last time either they have one goal in mind just like covington getting to the next round ..i dont care if covington as been in the playoff every year for the last 20 years this is a new year we as dyersburg fans can say the same thing we want to win just like covington..no matter if you beat yourself or whatever it was still a loss.dyersburg came away with the win..but this aint the same game this is the playoff and both teams are gonna come out and play some football and know matter what win or lose we as fans are proud of our teams...everyone said cockett was gonna make it all the way to state but they are getting ready for next season but you know they have nothing to be a shame about they played great football all season..so good luck to both teams and instead of saying dyersburg this much or covington this much lets just say hope no one gets hurt and we show great sportmenship...as i think both teams will be have plenty of fans there to cheer them on friday night i know i will be there..

well first of all i want to say congrats to both teams for making it this far.it as been a tough season for both teams..you know we all get on here and want to say our team is gonna beat the other team because they are our team but no matter what those are our kids out there working there buts off just to play the next friday night.and we love them for that.. you know dyersburg went to covington and won yeah it was 3-0 but guess what that was last month this is a new day and all our kids are out there for a win just like before..i'm not gonna get on here and say dyersburg by this much even though i would love to see them move on cuz i have never seen my son more prouder then when he walked off that feild the last to fridays and i would love to see that again this friday but if not you know what that will be alright with me cuz i know they have gave there all .and all season long they have made there fans proud..no mattter if it was a win or a lost..so instead of saying yeah covington should of beat us last time they did this or dyersburg did that who really cares as long as our boys dont get hurt and us as fans remember these are our kids out there both teams as worked hard to get where they are at today and we will see friday night which one will play the next friday night so GOOD LUCK to both teams..

well friday night at the game they said if haywood won we would be at home the rest of the way no matter what. if you look at the 3a playoff brackets in the tssaa book you would see that..but who knows maybe the book and everyone else is wrong but u..

it dont really matter now dyersburg trojans got the win by luck or by playing good that is all behind us now and all we got to look forward to is next friday night..something the trojans as not done in quiet a while..as i read in the paper today the first round is the hardest to get past and we did this year..maybe next friday night we will get by again but all we can hope for is that they played there best and everyone stays healthy....as as for playing if the trojans win they have home feild the rest of the way though according to the backets ..so i just want to wish the trojans good luck in the next round and hope i got a few more weeks of trojan football to watch...go trojans
