  1. trinity christian academy from jackson tennessee. they are only losing a wingback, wide reciever, tackle, defensive end, and a linebacker. they have 8 returning starters on offense and 8 returning starters on defense.
  2. ur right. they get the job done at the LB spot. i'd like to see these eagles advance each week.
  3. lets not get carried away....he is a servicable lead blocker, but doesn't like getting met with force. he had difficulty with TCA and their linebackers. all in all though, i will say he is better than most and if im not mistaken, only a junior this year.
  4. hmm....i can agree with the fast part. doyle is also very aggressive. but they are not so much the big hitters. they might have a good lick on a smaller guy every now and then, but i haven't been very impressed in their ability to pop someone and stop them in their tracks. they do get the job done nonetheless at the LB spot, and evidently its paying off as they are stopping more and more good offenses.
  5. i agree completely longhorn. chad jordan will have another spectacular year at bruceton. hewitt tomlin from tca will also be a player to watch for next season at tca, along with calvin shaw, evin brooks, and nat crenshaw to work with in the backfield.
  6. i don't know about most intimidating, but trinity christian in jackson has one of, if not the nicest fields in the state.
  7. chad jordan from bruceton....and he's only a junior.
  8. what linebackers can bring the wood and hit somebody in 1A football??
  9. coach Michael Hodum from trinity christian academy. last year they went 1-9 after coach Hodum had to make some tough disciplinary decisions. this year they make it to the second round of playoffs with a record of 9-3. coach Hodum is a prime example of a coach not only cares about the win/loss column, but more importantly cares about his players and their character on and off the field.
  10. i wouldn't say jcs is flying under the radar, considering they have had plenty of ink in the paper this year. jcs does a good job of using what they've got to maximize the potential of their team. they aren't big, so they use speed and a good passing game to beat teams. they dont have a very stout line, but their DBs pick up the slack. good luck to jcs this week against lake, i think they have a very good chance of pulling this win out at lake.
