how about we just leave the recruitin thing out of this? please lets not bring that up in here...it only gets ppl mad...specifically me... this is a contest between the 2 greatest 1A teams in the state this season...nobody got there because of recruitment or anything of that sort... lets just keep the subject here on football

(ha maybe i should be a songwriter ) what i said was "he is your offense" and i compared him as springer to LC and Bracey to UC. and yes, i will admit, from what i've seen daily is superior to both of them. he's like a combo of springer (extreme speed) and bracey (breaking tackles). You guys have a good line and a good D. I'm not taking that away from you, I'm just sayin he gets the vast majority of your offensive yards. Surely you can't deny me that much. the numbers don't lie... 290 out of the 371 yard total in the JB/MTP game.

i'm guessin those are lifetime stats...pretty good, but he sounds like a QB carbon copy of UC's Demetrius Bracie

I'm lookin forward to it...i gotta say, i don't think last year's jcs team could've won it last friday...bein down in the last minute would've crushed us last year, but this year we've managed to stay composed when its desperate...which may be our greatest strength to put us over the top my prediction: JCS:28 MTP:27 in a triple OT thriller

jcs is very blessed to be this far into the playoffs to begin with. it could just as easily have been mckenzie or LC facin yall friday...but u know what? we could care less if ya'll were the OSU buckeyes...we're focused on giving the honor to GOD...as long as we do that, we firmly believe we'll come out with a W...n if we don't, He'll still be praised...n thats all that matters

i'm rememberin last year from right about this time... union city just come off beatin us (jcs) n jo byrns was still actin so high n mighty just cuz their team had one star player with such n such yards gained n all that crap...haha jb lost... by LOTS and LOTS.... but then i'm not sayin we're as good as union city from last year... anybody else noticed that? w/ the exception of friendship it seems like there's not really any monstrous eat-you-for-breakfast 1A teams like trousdale co from last year

No doubt its gonna be a dogfight. any semifinal game should be. both teams are very respectable and are so evenly matched there's no clear cut winner. But honestly? there is no better quarterback than brandon springer was. whether mp's QB was nominated or not, u don't get any better than that guy was. he tore us up all night, n no mistakin that. still, i don't think our defense played up to its potential either. being at home with the state championship within our grasp next week should fix that
