Let me let you all in on a little secret. No matter where the kids come from in 5th or 6th grade teams it's not like they are winning a national title at that level. The reason FCS is a consistent winner is because of the coaching staff. McNeal and Coach Welch have been there and built a base, they have set the bar high for athleticism at FCS. Now you can argue over this kid played while not enrolled in 5th or 6th but now he's there or maybe he's not. Enroll your son or daughter and whatever athlete your son or daughter is FCS is going to get the most out of them because they know how to do it. FCS is private it's not the athletes that they afford its the coaches they afford that contribute to how good FCS is. It is in your sons or daughters best interest to send them to FCS to be an all around student athlete that stands out from the norm. Argue what you want but what school they attend in 5th or 6th grade -you are really looking for something to argue about. Oh yeah by the way Go FCS Whip DCA!

I hope Ty is well on his way to recovery and our thought and prayers are with him his family his coaches and his team.

South Pitt is the clear cut favorite to return to the boro. Region 4 with FCS and TC are next but they all have to destroy one another to get there. Everyone outside of those three are just casualties. And whomever they face in the boro is just the sacrificial lamb.

I just read Davids headline on CoachT and read on the Unapproved Website he is ranked the 23rd top prospect in the state. Wow just in the past few days that I have been on here he has really blown up media wise. He's everywhere like when he's on the field.

where is oakdale what classification and what have they done in the past?

Any color that pays the tab is a good thing! David seemed to be a very humble and gracious young man as well as a very talented athlete. His dad also was a class act in talking with him. I hope the best for the both of them and look forward to following David all season and up to his decision. All though it will be hard late in the season when your a Commander and you see Pirates on the horizon. 1)Camden is Camden there is nothing to say they always show up 2)Huntingdon will be tougher noting really new there except the head coach the wing T will be in place and another phenom RB 3)Adamsville tough team last year now they have matured and are even better offensively a threat to score many points defensively with a LB that will not let the opposition score many 4)Riverside always a question mark will this team live up to its potential or be average either way midpack unless stun Adamsville 5)Stewart Co. had that one fluke season of greatness then they were destroyed in the playoffs no phoneix here 6)Waverly has the injury bug been exterminated? they still have more luck than the Irish 7)Houston Co. no luck for these Irish I think this is how it will shake out . Why not?

This David Jones is he the same guy that I met his dad outside of the championship game last year? If so I am so glad for all the praise he is receiving. In meeting you and I believe we chatted once or twice here I think he has a great support group and won't let it go to his head. He is very talented just remember you can listen to what everybody has to say for now although I would love to see him in Orange sometimes there are opportunities that are Gold and Crystal! I think Coach Jenkins from Riverside along with Coach Pritchard would make an excellent coaching duo.

Prior to the game I met David Jones #2's father. I also met another man whose name escapes me at the time. They both came up to me while waiting for the gates to open. I told them I was from FCS and since they beat them I had been following them. They both were top notch people, I enjoyed the game even more knowing some of the South Pitt kids through their parents. You Pirates have a great team I also enjoyed guessing the number of plays it would take you to score as I now live close to McKenzie but do not like their coach. Congratulations on a great year. Mr.Jones if you read this I thoroughly enjoyed our brief chat and thought your son was a great athlete and look forward to following him and his accomplishments next year. I looked for you after the game but you all were in the moment and I thought I might catch you here. I've seen both and McKenzie could barely keep up with one fast back (Marco Dailey) I do not think there is any way they can contend with the speed that they will see from SP and all there weapons. South Pitt wins this one easily 49-21 for the championship
