what happened at the "house"?

right on benji. i would take a 4-15 goodpasture over a 12-3 livingston b/c those kids play in the nashville area. old dc tiger don't want none of the sharks of 8AA.

thanks dimple brain. as i said earlier the coaching is so much better in 8AA. but i will give big time props to bobby mcwilliams and to melton. you must be one of those also ran coaches that make up the reainder of the 7AA gene pool there dc tiger. by the way thanks for the topic compadre.

that district(8AA) is mentally tougher. the only teams i see that could make some noise are upperman and la because of coaching. the best 2 coaches in that district reside at those schools.

7AA is horrible this year. get out the brooms 8AA.

i spent most of the game in the bathroom and at the concession stand. hard to believe that there would be that many people watching a bunch of gurls play. ahh well what little i saw was well played.

i will be there alright but only to get a seat for the boys game. how could you like something with little or no athleticism?

rudesill is a white guy coaching at a black school who has developed a strong relationship with his kids. many white coaches are unable or unwilling to do this....and he has "some" knowledge of the game but it is his ability to relate that does the trick. i saw him coach at the state and he did nothing but sit. jimmy adams did nothing but sit as well. but both were there in the finals.

he lost at hillsboro but turned the attitude around. he never won big at harding either. he will win at sycamore because of the kids and his relationship to athletic director tim ray for whom he worked. both are class gentlemen.

let me tell you chico it WAS the talent stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! rankin also had a great staff....when he was at carthage they were always 1 and done. he wasn't even the best coach in sc in those early days...mark medley at gville was. add his name to this list please.

sorry to say but they just don't play an exciting brand of basketball in this district anymore. no more state teams from this district.
