Congratulations to coach Perry on his last season being a very successful one winning the Region. . Also congrats to coach Harris. This is a well deserved opportunity. The defense he’s put on the field have always been top notched and well prepared. The addition of coach Cavannaugh last season was awesome also. I think he’s coming back this season which is a huge plus for the offensive line as well as other positives he brings to the team. Very excited to see what the next few years look like. Lots of new growth coming to westmoreland with all the new houses being built as well.

I also over estimated Marion’s size coming into the game. Not near as big as I had them pictured. York plays clean footbal they will go to their first title game. I think it would be their first

In all seriousness I can see York winning 28-14. They have been to the semis 3 years in a row now. They run a version of wing T that I feel will move the ball well. They will be very physical. Don’t take this the wrong way but 4 or 3 for Marion don’t like physical play and York will know that. 8 for Marion doesn’t have a lot of speed and 12 will not beat you with his feet so really York should focus on 3 and 4 and they will be fine

Cooper will go down as one of the best to ever play at Westmoreland. He’s one of those type athletes you don’t see up here but once every 5 or 10 years. This group had one of the best shots of any team we have had to make it to the finals. I hated to see us go down
