  1. All this talk about RE and White Station. RE didn't impress anyone from Middle TN left in the fight! Clarksville NE pounded Beech by 12 or better this year and RE barely beat them by playing the stall game to get Beech out of that 1-3-1. Which lets me know RE wasnt getting up and down the court that fast or they would have gotten back before Beech could set up that barbaric defense. White Station is a good team with two good scorers...Hall and Jackson and they have lost 6 games this year so that lets anybody with common sense know they can be beaten. Now let's talk about that quiet team out of Clarksville. They pounded the Beast from the East in the 4th quarter and their season leading scorer only had 5 points. Clarksville NE bench is deep with up and coming talent that thrive on coming off the bench. The starting 5 for NE are all scorers and none of them are selfish. They play very well together and fight till the end. I wouldn't count those Eagles out just yet being that White Station is very dependent on two players for scoring. Hall is gonna have his work cut out for him with two 6'9" and 6'7" inside players that don't give up easy baskets. I hope Hall is a great freethrow shooter or he is in for a long night. Those two starting bigs for NE is not all they have. They have two more juniors coming off the bench at 6"5" respectively that come in a cause havoc. Don't plan that big matchup in the finals without including Clarksville NE just yet! If my memory serves me correctly, NE leading scorer hasn't had to back to back bad nights this year, so whomever guarding him better lace those sneakers up tight and bring his A+ game tonight! GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!
  2. Most best...now you darn well those two words don't go together. Just as Bearden and most best team shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence. They did show up...you didn't see that losers lap they did at the beginning of the warm-up session that cost them a technical foul for unsportsmanlike conduct! Bearden is on the way back home...leave them be my underachieving friend! You are one that doesn't think doodoo stinks until you step in it! I will make this my last time entertaining your comments because you have really shown your basketball savvy as well as your mental capacity for sentence and word structure! I would like for you to just remember...A MIND IS A TERRIBLE THING TO WASTE! GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!
  3. My comment was merely based on facts and you have them just as well as I do....those dang numbers don't lie. Your last comment is based on your opinion and not backed by factual evidence this year...the bottom line is that they both competed at the AAA level this year and lost. Just because you say they are good and can compete at the next level carries no weight. Show me something they have done at the AAA level to warrant such a comment. That's all I am saying! And I will continue to believe what I want until someone proves me wrong outside of your non-factual wishes! GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!
  4. Best two teams you saw yesterday was Beech and RE. Well you really sold yourself short by leaving after the Beech/RE game. Furthermore, best means winning and moving on at this point in the season. So, Beech really doesn't fit in the category of the best at this point considering they lost...did you really watch the game and really come to the conclusion that Beech was amongst the best yesterday. If in fact you did, you really need to change your spectacles, because they are really deceiving you! GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!
  5. Your insight as to what good might be is in question right now! The last time I checked the two teams you mention just happen to be AA schools. You protected your comment by not giving the specifics surrounding these two teams but I helped you out as to not let your bold comment lead us all astray! Now you just made me get ignorant on you about your comment. AE got dragged around the court by Bearden 109-67 and Fulton got drubbed in the same fashion by Bearden 66-52. Now if you consider those teams good, then you really need to stop giving your opinion. They are good in AA play...is that what you meant to write? Don't get me wrong, I have no qualms about the teams because they can only grow from those defeats and I applaud their coach for stepping up and challenging his team. But on the other hand, Bearden coach gets a failing grade for dipping within the realm of AA play considering the monstrous team he supposedly had for this season. It is just two many great AAA teams within the state of TN to dip that low and proved to be their demise! GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!

  7. You know there is some positive that we all can draw from Bearden's loss this evening....the fact of the matter is Bearden will still be a household name for years to come......they will go down in history as the biggest hoax the state of TN has ever produced! I want my dang money back I spent on all the memorabilia, popcorn with no butter, the sprite with no zip, and more importantly that 7 bucks I spent to witness the greatest show in sneakers! GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!
  8. Check the books, whomever you speak about that played them closer than anyone else is a right out lie! I can recall Bearden has been beaten 3 times this year and by only one TN team.....Clarksville Northeast. And besides there really isn't any glory in playing close...either you win or you lose. Now your team must have lost being that they aren't representing your thoughts in Murfressboro! You must be a fan of gymnastics with that last comment...gracious winners and losers...this is the year 2009! Bring your A+ game and win or shut up! GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!
  9. Bad shooting night or whatever......call it what you want.....it was a loss! You pick one team out of the 35 to speak about that Bearden dragged up and down the court this year....later for you dude. I guess you beat the other guy on here to give your excuses! GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!
  10. I will tell which is worse....you are worse for trying to decipher the two. Could it be that you are a sore loser and a fan of Bearden? We kept quiet till the fat lady sang and she sang this evening...hope you were listening! GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!
  11. Middle TN has been waiting back in the cut, playing hard, and watching you all beat yourselves up about your teams being the best. We have represented well in the past two years if you have been following the game. But we don't dwell in the past. We leave that for the underachievers....GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!
  12. It probably wouldn't have mattered if he had left all the starters in throughout that game. Northeast had a well defined game plan for this Beast from the game tapes. Keep it close and manageable until the fourth quarter and leave it on the court! They just didn't play up to the caliber the media has made this team to be.....haven't lost to a TN team.....Northeast will have their work cut out for them to beat Bearden....NE doesn't matchup very well with the Beast in the East! It's simple the way this guy coaches. He has no faith in any of his players to get the job done over an extended period of time which takes away from true cohesion. But we thank him for his style of coaching. GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!
  13. Please change your screenname to Badminton2223 because your predictions let us all know you have no clue about basketball. Bearden played three worthy opponents this year out of 38 games......and lost all three! Bearden by 17, you need to put that pipe down because it stunts your growth and tends to keep one from thinking rationally as in your case! GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!
  14. Great post. We don't need to brag and boast about the goings on in Middle Tennessee. The play on the court shuts them all up. I just hope that Ticket fellow bought a refundable ticket so he won't get charged an arm and a leg to get back to the mountain because it's over early for him and his Bearden team! GO EAGLES...silent but deadly!
  15. I agree with your first comment. The second comment you can shove it.....check the books if you want to know why! The third comment...I do believe you were being sarcastic because they proved you wrong tonight.....the coach won't let them have chemistry with all the substituting and we thank him for his coaching style! Your fourth comment...who even cares! The fifth comment, well I beg the differ being that they only played 3 worthy opponents out of 38 games this year and lost all three. Best team doesn't equate to beating the heck out of teams you are supposed to beat! The rest of your jargon has no meaning being that Bearden is on their way home! GO EAGLES!
  16. Yes, Alderson only had 5 points but he found other ways to contribute to the win...how about 9 rebounds and 7 assists. Those 5 points he had kept his team within striking distance in the first half...that's all that matters! And besides, Alderson was under the weather a bit and if you were at the game you would have noticed that! They have such a balanced attack and they have been consistent in this manner all year long. When one is down, the other picks up the torch and drives on. None of the Norheast players are selfish to point in which they would cause the team to lose. If you can't score, give me the ball is there attitude. GO EAGLES!
  17. I have to agree with one thing you mention about feeling for the players. That coach subs like he has no faith in none of his players. One good thing came out of his coaching style...A LOSS! But he will have plenty of time to think about it on that long haul back to the mountains...if his players don't hurt him on the way back! I was going to pounce on your last comment but I will stay true to my roots and let it come out on the court before I make my move! Silent but deadly! GO EAGLES
  18. Well I beg the differ. I will gladly keep my brain bucket on. I can't honestly tip my hat to a team that beat only those teams they were supposed to beat! There isn't any glory in whipping on the weak! And who is this Fever character! He need some words of encouragement too! GO EAGLES!
  19. Just like I have been preaching all season long, Bearden is very overrated. Everyone got those kids thinking they the best thing since Kool-Aid. One in his right mind would have come to the conclusion that Northeast would win. Bearden played three worthy opponents out of 38 games this year and fell short on all three.....this one just happened to send them home a little early. And for all those clowns that put up all the Bearden stats about their team, erase all that crap you posted on here and pack it up and take it back to the mountains and regroup! About that one player that you mention can score, well that's where you are wrong. You saw one player step up tonight because the leading scorer was under the weather tonight. That's all you saw! And by the way, instead of downplaying those kids win, congratulate them....first time ever going to the state and knocking off the number one team in Tennesse! GO EAGLES!
  20. Pitiful, Northeast made enough to win clown. You must be from Knoxville. Well pack your bags tonight because it's gonna be a long ride home! GO EAGLES!
  21. Good predictions. I am going out on a limb and say that RHS will beat Beech. I just happened to have watched the Beech/NEHS in which NE won. Beech plays a great zone defense whether it be 1-3-1 or 2-3. They came out in a 1-3-1 and was killing NE for the first 3 minutes until Cooper adjusted his game plan and went on the run before they could get back and set up their defense and we pounded them for the rest of the game. If RHS gets out on the run early and often, it could cause problems for Beech. It will come down to which RHS team will show up and they should be fully rested being that they have rested for the last couple of games within the district. GO EAGLES!
  22. This has been a great season for 10AAA basketball this year. It has been full of ups and downs but for the most part all of our kids represented very well. I personally would like to thank the players and fans of Springfield for a great competitive basketball atmosphere. I would like to congratulate the Eagles for a job well done all season long and for repeating as 10AAA district CHAMPS! While the district is full of talent, the mission is far from over. Now let us all come together, no matter where your residence might be within 10AAA, and continue to prove to the state of TN that 10AAA is a force to be reckoned with! GO EAGLES!
  23. Your reference to "BIG TIME PLAYER" or "BEST PLAYER IN THE DISTRICT" equates to merely nothing! I can appreciate this kids admiration for scoring but scoring 28 points in a losing effort in which you eventually lose by 45 points on several occasions doesn't constitute your so-called "BIG TIME PLAYER" or "BEST PLAYER IN THE DISTRICT" tag! If my memory serves me correctly, they have managed to allocate themselves to (2 or more) great losses in the history of 10AAA basketball by allowing their opponents to almost score triple digit figures! As a matter of fact, this site could do without the jargon you compose. Entice us with your ability to come up with great chat that is worthy of further elaboration! GO NORTHEAST!
  24. He may be the best PG in a district that lacks "great" PG play. So we penalize the play of NE player's based on their residence! This district has a lot of good shooting guards that make their own shots more often than not! So it's great to know there is a needle in the haystack! But I hardly believe his play at this tenure warrants MVP status! Maybe next year! GO NORTHEAST!
  25. You really should put that pipe down because that stuff you smoking does kill! I don't know what Williams you have been following this year to suggest he has carried his team...where did he carry them...but the guy you are referencing hasn't led his team to nothing this year. Man they were favored to win the district based on the play of Williams! I love this kid's "ABILITY" to play when he comes to play but that has been very rare this year! Seeing how you just agree with other's comments within this blog, I am sure you will agree with me now that you know the truth! Sims has held his own but has fallen short of the mountaintop....I do believe NE has a better district record! GO NORTHEAST!
