Why would Cutlip leave SH for Morristown? That doesn't make any sense.

I have heard the same thing from afar, that the difference between now and the glory years of Johnson City and Kingsport is that some of the best hoopers are walking the halls instead of running the court. Is this true? If so why?

Is Science Hill's record 32-7 correct? How have they managed to play 39 games with potentially 5 more to go? Can someone explain how they were able to do this?

Not taking advantage of a mismatch to get a couple of easy baskets is not something that a coach should be applauded for. If Duncan thinks it is best to play him on the perimeter there is no problem with that, but in a close regional game you are not doing him any favors by not exploiting all his talents or attributes. I don't think that is neccessarily why they lost, but your argument has some holes.

Greeneville 60, Clinton 24: It was a weird one in Greeneville. First, Clinton basically sent their JV team to the non-district regular-season finale. The Dragons' top six players didn't even make the trip. Neither did head coach Chris Lockard. The results were inevitable going up against Class AAA's No. 5-ranked Greene Devils. Tremaine Gash led Greeneville (29-2) with 19 points. Antwaine Wiggins managed 10 despite playing just the first half. What is that about?
