rushing yards dont mean anything if u cant put the ball into the endzone, and our D did a good job of preventing that. i dont care how many rushing yards a team can pile up in a game, if u dont capitalize in the red zone your not going to win the game.

rather effectively?? thats why you all only scored two touchdowns, one of them coming from the air on a busted coverage. and its not like you all got close and then fumbled, your only turnover was an interception

zions defense is the best its been in since the program started...i havent seen perry co. defensive backs play this year but if they arnt much improved from last year i dont think zion will have any trouble moving the ball down the feild because of the huge improvement pugh and the zion receiving core has made from last year. it'll be a great game, cant wait.

that is our future stadium...we already have blue prints drawn out for lights, a press box, and stands on the side of the hill. its a great layout for a stadium and our field is in great shape. hopefully the whole project will be compleated by next season.

suposing that zions defense contiues to show up like it did agains mt. pleasant and their offense starts clickin, is thier any chanse that they could get that number 4 spot for the playoffs?

helped zion? thats what killed thier offense. zions offense relies on receivers bein able to make catches and the qb makin good throws. the rain didnt effect mt. pleasants run first offense half as much as it did zions pass first

zion played much better than the score tells, for the fist time zions defense actually gave mt. pleasant trouble and stuffed them most of the time. zions problem was their offense which gave up 5 or 6 turnovers, almost all of which mt. pleasant was able to capitalize on.

has mt. pleasant played anyone with a spread offense yet?

in case you didnt know, my father is the headmaster at zion and how dare you put him down liket that. when we first came to this shool 10 years ago the schools enrolment numbers, kindergarden through 12th, was below 100. we had no athletic facilities or fields. our basketball team was playing in a run down gym near spring hill. since then weve added soccer field, baseball and softball fields. we added a huge addition to our school with one of the nicest gyms in the area and recently expanded our weight room and locker room. we currently have plans to install lights on our soccer field and start playing our football games their. so from the way i see it my father is the best thing thats happened to this school

whats that all about. why r throwin trash at me like that, i didnt do anything to u. weve only had a football team for 6 years know and just finished our 3rd year in aguablely the most competative region in 1A middle tennesse ball. building a winning program from a school that currently has less than 250 students in 9-12th grade takes some time. and why are tellin me i cant make a predictions. im just as much a part of this region as anyone else talkin on this thread and just because we dont have much in the win colum yet dosnt mean i dont get to give my opinion.

putting the 3 best teams at #1 is dosnt help at all. we all know its gunna be one of those 3, the argument now is which one. personaly i got my money on wayne co.

i dont think its a great excuse, a week is plenty of time to recover from a big game. with the exeption of an injury
