  1. nice predictions /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> i'm flattered to be at the top of your list in the 1600 /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  2. those are not bad times at all.,ole' waldo is an animal.,he ran the 32,16,and 8 all in the same day and ran all of the events exceptionally well., i noticed bryson harper from sequatchie ran a 4:43 16 and a 2:08 800-not bad., conig=4:49 not shabby.,
  3. not bad.,not bad at all. what did you place? how did everyone else place?
  4. ahh conig.,don't give up now.,you'll come around.. don't leave out madden for the 3200 this year.,he's already running 10:17.,he isn't going to make it easy for whoever is running 2nd place at state., clabo is running impressively..
  5. /sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> ahh crap.,that's unfortunate..guess we'll see yall at sectionals then..
  6. yeah i forgot to mention bliton. he's a pretty tough miler with a 4:40 <? already under his belt. (not sure if that's accurate) i talked to him the day of state and he was pretty disgusted so i'm sure he's dying to redeem himself. ahh are you kidding?!, none of the lipscomb runners will be doing the 3200 on friday?! gahh man.,it won't be fun.,will yall be doing the distance medley relay? good luck with your race conig..
  7. haha you got it. i'll try 120%. the buster relays are coming up and DL FRA MLK Hume-Fogg will be up there competing, so i'll let you know how that goes. but ya clabo 4:34?! not bad not bad!
  8. either way that's still a good time. thanks for the recognition guys /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />. i'm waiting on conig to bust out a huge pr soon. i think gideon has a legitimate shot with already running a 4:40. bryson, gideon, and clabo are in the mix. i think conig can get in there.,and ryan johnson from DL.
  9. I think he's ran a 9:49 this year (maybe a little faster) but that's already tying his pr from last season. Pretty sure he's ran a sub 4:40 1600.
  10. not a bad list of times and returners. not bad, not bad at all. looking forward to a fast race. someone said on tennesseerunner that kroeger is not running right now. she had to take a month off. is this true?
  11. haha it does look a bit strange. yeah markie should be a strong contender. she has already run a 5:22 <(?) 1600 <(?)this year. Not sure if it was a 1600 may have been a 1500. Joslynne Serna from Creek Wood isn't too bad at the 32. Neither is Jasmine Darden (the top returner in the 1600 who is ahead of kara) from Creek Wood also.
  12. lol you do make a point. /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> whether we can or not is the question. isn't he an anchor leg for his 4x4 team or something? i've heard that somewhere.
  13. count me in. i would have to agree. sounds brilliant! /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  14. yeah seriously, Markie is running for Macon county. No joke. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  15. I agree with Patterson being good in the mile. I remember G.J. running it at the Buster Relay's and he wasn't bad at all. He could've ran faster if trained better, but i mean geez he was an animal at the 8. I don't see anybody competing against DL's 4x8 team either. They've pretty much locked it up. I hope the 32 isn't a blowout. It'd be nice if it comes down to something. Hopefully Clabo doesn't run away with it. Just make sure you guys don't forget about Jackson Bliton. He is coming back this year as the 2nd fastest miler with a 4:40. And due to not qualifying for state, i'm sure he's salivating at the mouth for redemption or something. I'll actually let you guys in some performances soon. We have the Buster Relay's in late March early April, something like that. FRA is there, MC is there, DL, MLK, Page, Hume Fogg. it's a great race. We do the 3200 on Friday, and the next day we'll do a distance medley. There's not just a 1600 this year. it's just an all freshman race. I dont remember seeing jaynes at state, but i probably didn't look hard. i did see rodewald though.
  16. yes i remember last year, when i saw the perfomance list for the a/aa 3200 meter race, when i saw the 2 runners who qualified from the west with a 10:46 (
  17. i definatly agree with you. i want to win state but i want to be as friendly as possible afterwards to. i wouldn't ever shrug anyone off. you always have to remember where you came from. was josh jaynes friendly? i always remember clay hannah always giving me the impression that he was very modest and friendly. does anyone know what the west (or what ever that section is called) section has to offer? who is coming back?
  18. hey man, i don't think conig intentionally meant to get smart with you. i think he just wanted you to know the standards. thats not conig's nature. it was my fault for not being more clear.
  19. lol yep i've finally made my way on here after trying to for the past forever! i started trying to get on here when you guys started talking about cross country. and conig, your the person i've been looking for. i was wondering where you had been. not getting on here and responding to any posts rightaway and not getting on tennesseerunner lol jk man. yeah sephel's tough. but markie voyle's is running in A/AA this year for Macon County so look out!!
  20. yeah sorry i didn't make myself clearer speed demon. i meant individuals that will make it out of each section. yeah bryson is pretty tough, didn't he have a 4:32 last year or something in that neighborhood? i expect ryan johnson from david lipscomb to be back in the mile this year, i think Jackson Bliton has a shot, he ran a 4:40 at sectionals, and the rest are pretty much a toss up, depends on how hard people have worked this offseason. Will Cowan and Alexander McKeen grabbed the 7 and 8 spots at sectionals last year both running 4:50's. The 1,2,and 3 runners from this section all graduated so that kindof left the door wide open. ahh coniglio don't dog yourself, i know you've been working hard this offseason to nab a spot in atleast the 3200 or the 1600. i almost didn't enjoy watching state last year because of the fact on how bad i wanted to be there participating in it lol. Here are the returners for the 3200 from last year's middle section. 1. Damon Varble, DL, 9:58 2. Ryan Johnson, DL, 9:58 3. Brandon Mahaney, MC, 10:13 4. Jonathan Madden, Page, 10:18 I would love to grab a spot in this race. As for the other section, i don't have a clue into what they have...
  21. well i wish you guys the best of luck. and to everyone else on that matter. i can't wait to see what the middle section has to offer this year. David Lipscomb's 4x8 is pretty stout. they didn't lose anybody i don't believe. We have distance in the middle this year..again..Hopefully those who make it to state from the middle section will perform better this year than last. We had 2 that were in position to take 1st and 2nd but..oh well.. any predictions on who will make it to state from each section?
  22. Don't forget about Kara Sephel's chance for the mile this year
