This is probably the top region overall in the state. The amazing thing is that MCHS can go 7-3 and still not make the playoffs, that's crazy!

Has Meigs played Tellico yet? No disrespect at all, but Mobriant will or already has ran wild against Tellico, and nobody will tackle him either.

Come on pal, I never said he was not a great player, I just stated I liked watching Mobriant play. I like his style. Cut me some slack, man. Or maybe I was not clear in my statement.

McMinn will have to stop playing to the level of their competition. They have played well in big games, and sub-par in others. I say McMinn 35 SD 10

I like this kid, I hope that he gets recruited.

I don't feel that he is D-I or D-IAA or whatever they call it now. He would fit in well at Carson-Newman????

Tellico I am not saying one way or another who is better between the two, I just mean that I think Mobriant is more valuable to his team and I enjoyed watching him play.

I like Mobrient, that kid runs the ball hard. He is one of the best I have seen this year. MC has a kid that is not playing this year due to an injury suffered earlier in the spring. He was the best running back that they had, and he will be back next year. I liked #7 for ER, he was fun to watch because he was so small and yet so tough. The kid from Howard can play, but I still like the strength of Mobrient.

I am looking for no argument, for I do have respect for Polk, Meigs, and Howard, even MC. All good teams. I am pretty sure that MC has to bring varsity players to JV games because of #'s. These players are all either freshman or sohmores. Not talking smack at all, just my thoughts----- this is why MC is something to talk about, they are so young. This could prove to be the difference in their season, this year. Polk and Howard have older players that can play, this is needed for a playoff run - that is just a fact. I would love to see our top 4 beat the other regions top 4, talk about smack talk. Find a thread from their region and see how much respect they don't have for our region.

Stoney's? Do Tell! Have they given up any special team points? Meigs has a pretty good kick-off return team.

Not necessarily MC, I am wondering about any match up from the 3-3A. I know in the past the 3-3A has not faired well. I route for all the region not just MC.

Hey let's keep all this in perspective here. I have seen no indication of any person writing about how MC is unbeatable, only much better. The region is a whole seems much better. Let's not turn this ugly, I hope to see this region become state dominating.

speed, power, what is this region known for?

I honestly don't know which way to go here! Head or tails? I like both programs because they play hard nosed football. This would be a fun one to watch.

I have posted what I think the top 4 teams from Region 3- 3A 1. Howard 2. McMinn Central 3. Polk Co. 4. Meigs Co. I wanted to see how Region 4 was shaping up, and thoughts about comparisons to Region 3.

Well as for the player that was ejected at the jamboree, he did not play in the first three games. I have not heard of about the choking incident. What fans are you referring too? I would not condone any of these incidents. As far as praising his talent, why not? They have got the crap kicked out of them for the last five or six years. Those kids that heard his praise on the radio, that is what it is about. Everybody wants to be praised for their efforts, even if it is spiced up a bit. I don't mind that at all, I think coaches need to do more of that.
