Im a DB grad. and i just wanted to come on here and see what these schools were talking about. did i read correctly that south has 6 good WR's please name them cause that is so hard to imagine. To south fans they dont need any good WR's since they have Curt or atleast that was the attitude last year when we played them and i hope they dont put that much pressure on Curt again this year. south really needs for some other skill position players to step and make some plays for Curt. And i still dont understand why south wouldnt play DB this year they should have cause Curt would have been trouble for DB this year. my prediction in this game is South-27 SH-14 (Curt will have all 4 tds 2 passing and 2 running and of course the kicker will miss 1 PAT and Solomon will score both tds for SH cause they have nobody else).

ok how many OR people in the last ten years have gone D1 and maryville can talk all they want they have earned it but i dont know how many D1 guys they have this year

hey if kinley is better than solomon then why wouldnt he start over him that doesnt make any sense. and i say that the rebels beat the hilltoppers by atleast 2 tds, science hill wont be able to contain phillips like we did last year.

This game might be one of the most boring games of the year, not because one team is way better than the other its just cause TN high runs the ball all the time and they never score on us like that and cause graham will try to throw the ball all the time and we wont move the ball that way either so dont look for DB to score 45 or 41 this year against TN high maybe more like 14 or 21. but db will win

thank you for finally telling me something about science hill other than they have a new coach and abunch of good players . but the only two that are good i see on that list is solomon and cory, the joslin kid is a joke and the other guys i dont really remember i kinda remember the trent kid but i cant remember what he looks like.

so powrplus you wont tell us who is good on science hill that makes no sense. i would love to know what level you are talking about 4 or 5 of your players playing at next year. i just want to know if i need to come back into town to watch the science hill DB game.

Being that i have played for G man i couldnt agree with you more, i think that DB has needed a off. coordinator for years. The perfect coach to do it that knows the offense as good as anybody is Rodney Burton, now i dont know if he would want to do that but i know he def. could do it better than Graham has been doing.

What do you mean by Hide and Watch im not going to get to see science hill more than once if that, thats why i would like to know who is good on there team bud

who else is good on science hill. they were a one man show last year and they will be again this year

its gonna be BeardenDBSevier Countyscience hillJeff Co.KarnsCampbell Co.Whoever thinks science hill is gonna be good this year is crazy. science hill has nobody except for Soloman and he still doesnt know how to make moves hes just as strong and fast as anybody. And he cant even tie his own shoe. Bearden could go undefeated in the Big East if they beat DB which i think they will by atleast 2 touchdowns. Then again DB could shock me and be kinda good and win the Big East but i wouldnt bet on that. I dont know much of anything about Sevier County. And for Jeff Co. they havent been good at all since Jeff and Scooter left and i havent heard of Karns winning a game except for Durans junior year down there. And Campbell Co. might as well just not even play.Sullivan South is also going to beat science hill ha.

plowboy i dont see what your sayin when you say that bart and jc can throw as good as bo or duran. yeah they both had great WRs but bart and jc combined probably dont have the arm strength that duran had i know that cause i have caught balls from all three and bo has alot more arm strength and accuracy than both of them. they can throw little short passes but they dont have the deep ball ability bo and duran had. graham needs to run the ball alot with hogg sly and last years freshman running back i cant remember his name. and you better hope that this years conference dont have any good RBs cause our defense is looking weak

ok well im just talkin about this group of guys who i know pretty good and none of them are really gonna work hard enough to be really good

i was just a coming up soph. when he was goin into his senior year so everytime we had football stuff he was always starting like in spring ball and summer ball so i never thought any different

im not tryin to get you to feed my ego im just layin out the facts. nobody can just all of a sudden have great athletic ability your just born that way yeah you can work out and try to get there but its just not there to start with. im just sayin that DB is not gonna be very good so just get ready. and everybody on the team knew that dhayes was a great player we just didnt know if he was gonna get the ball enough to be a breakout WR. now crazy jesse was another story, nobody thought he was gonna have the year he had. and what did you see on JV and varsity from those guys you named, JV football doesnt even matter more people pay attention to the freshmen than the JV players.

wow plowboy you named abunch of nons except for justin who will be awesome if the lineman can block and bart will be just fine clayton and lane are not bad linebackers and jamie is exciting but other than that you named some nons i have played with every one of them and they will not bring A game cause they dont have an A game and you forgot about lane dukart and hogg. If those guys are your impact players then DB might be more down than i thought

plowboy tell me who are the players there that have all this talent and tell how you know first hand and tell who has grown up in these months they have been working out and doing stuff just tell me cause i just want to know

drdb you can say that all the seniors after they leave think that the team is not gonna be as good but thats not true. cause when i was a junior the junior class started almost every position so the whole senior class said that we were going to be alot better than they were before our season started last year. also there is no debate about graham not being able to coach big games, he just cant do it name a big game that he has done somethin to win in the past 2 years please name it

i would like to know who all these great players are at science hill and i would like to know who all these players are at DB who have so much heart cause i was there last year and the underclassmen except for maybe 10 or 15 players had heart but the others had nothing and didnt even want to be there most of the time and of those 10 or 15 players who have heart only about 5 to 8 can actually play alittle bit DB better not come into this season thinking its gonna be like the past few years where we were faster and better than alot of the teams we played cause this year is not the same and i think DB will struggle. Coach Clark is a pretty good coach and you can say hes great or he has won so many games and he has but he just cant coach big games at all. he just chokes up, he is one of my favorite coachs ive ever played for but he just cant coach the big games. DB better get used to not being as good as we have been in the past few years in every sport cause we are about to hit a cycle of not that good of talent so just get ready

bearden is returning a ton of good players and we only beat them 10-6 last year i think they will beat us by 2 or more tds this year

it really doesnt matter south is finally going to have to stop tellin DB that this is there year cause there best chance to win in the this series was this year but they just arent very bright over there at south but who cares Roll Tribe Roll

the big east champs in 07 will not be DB or SH it will be Bearden. Im a graduate of DB and i know that this year will be one of the worst years in awhile. DB has lost all skill players except for a few and the line that wasnt that great last year and it will be even worse, the running backs will be good but dont have a go to WR right now, the defense will be alot slower than it has been in the past few years, secondary wont be near as good as it has in past years, linebackers will be very inexperienced and i dont know much about the D line. i hope the best for this years team but i just think that they could lose up to 3 games. and dont think im bashing DB at all im just laying out the facts and i would know ive played there for the past four years so i know this group of guys. i just hope Gman can maybe get them in the endzone from 4 yards out.

i havent been on here in forever and i got on here tonight and looked around and saw this and i had to say something. the reason that DB isnt playing south is because south wants to try to make curt phillips go undefeated in his senior year i know this for fact DB wanted to play south but south is the one that backed out.

SH is going to struggle this year more than people think and they wont beat DB at all and they will split with East

From talking to players from different schools, i disagree that bailey will be good. He might be an ok south guard but over there at south the coaching is not very good in developing skills. I think bailey will only amount to an ok south guard who cant take the pressure defense from SH or DB
