  1. Ha...Awesome. Well I don't mind getting called out on stats. They are all just off the top of my head anyway. I am too busy to do research. Just enjoy chatting. If I am one of the best after a mere 120 something posts...that must make you like the King of CoachT. LOL /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  2. Thanks for calling me out lol...More or less I was just standing up for what I consider a fairly good tackling team. Between #26, #54, and #32...we have some pretty quick and strong boys making plays. When I see them play from week to week, I don't like to let it go when someone who sees them play once tries to claim they can't tackle. You saw us play...we gave Cascade all they wanted for 3 quarters. Not saying we deserved to win or taking away any credit at all, just saying you understand where I am coming from. And I don't have anything to do with the turning in of stats lol...so I am not worried about that aspect. Good Post there bud /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />
  3. Yes we do...them over analyzers of every little thing
  4. I'll say I agree with you on the team speed part...but I can not agree with you on the tackling. Maybe you have not seen MTC play, I am not sure, but to me they seem to not miss many open field tackles. Also, for awhile had 2 of the leading tacklers in the area if not all of 1A. May not be fast, but they play hard. That would be the fire and emotion I said the boys were lacking in the last couple of weeks. But when you see #11 pop somebody in the mouth at all of 5"8 170lbs...you will think again. And no I am not talking trash or being mean, I just disagree with the lack of tackling part.
  5. May be the case, but they will have to bring their defense. We need to find ours again anyway lol
  6. LOL...Good going. Now I get to be bored while watching the topic I want to talk about dwindle down through the pages
  7. Couldn't have defended myself any better. Thanks C11 /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  8. Well as much of a night owl as i am...I do have class in about 6 hrs. So, I got to get some shut eye. Talk to ya'll tomorrow. Look forward to hearing from ya there Trey /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

  10. Reckon I am gonna stay in town for the close game. Gotta watch my team. I'm sure ya'll will give me play by play. You going to JB...if so you could text me updates lol
  11. Ok...time for my picks. I am just going with the gut on the BIG Game. So no more waiting... Eagleville--They have had some close ones this year. Talented team steps up for a W Forrest--Although Community runs one confusing offense and can be tricky at moving the ball MTCS--Picking my boys because...well I just don't like picking them to lose. McEwen--Make sure to bring your popcorn. Same popcorn I called for last week against Cascade lol. and Drum Roll...................................... I'll take Cascade--Thought I might change my mind. But, sticking with it. I'll take their offense's chances. (Good Luck to Everyone as the season rolls into the cold and into the fun...Its almost Playoffs TIME)
  12. I see your point, but on this I have to disagree. We have come a long way this year. After a tough road stretch, and with the end of the season shaping out to be an exciting one, I think you want as many people on your fan wagon as is possible. Coming back home, I think Shad wants to show some appreciation to the fans and give the boys a little fire heading into the Forrest game. I do understand that this game doesn't ride the playoff spot, but we have played flat last couple weeks. Our defense needs a little boost. Offense is clicking right now but the defense seems to have lost some of its emotion. I do however see some rest being possible if the game gets out of hand...in either direction. Whether we are up big or down big, I think the starters could see some of the sideline. But, if we are in a close game at the half, I do not see us coasting out the 2nd half with underclassmen and probably conceding a loss. Either way...I look forward to an unbelievable game in week 10 vs. the Rockets and beg everyone to come. Cougar or Rocket. Let's get that stadium Loud and Proud to be a fairly new host site...to some Friday Night Lights!!! /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" /> /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" /> /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />
  13. Hmmm...whatever gives us the "W".
  14. It is a sports saying. You change which game is the biggest game of the year from week to week. For instance, the Nashville Chr game was also technically the game of the year, cause had we lost it from looking forward in the season we would be in a mess right now. You can NEVER look ahead. You lose too much.
  15. I like where you are coming from /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" /> /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />
  16. Thats what I posted earlier. I understand it. Was just double checking. Thanks /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  17. Thought I did...well I didn't even realize that. I was just thinking we needed to win out.
  18. I'll be honest, I do not know much about WHH other than they are big. I will talk to the coaches this week and see what they look like on tape. However, I do know that against Community, MTCS offense looked to be in great strides. Defense looked...ok...they have been better. I think Community had so many shifts etc going on that it was hard to get used to. I will make my pick later in the week for this one. Just starting the thread. Welcome home this week Cougars /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" /> /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" /> /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />
  19. Awesome...someone agrees with me. I was more than anything giving myself room to change my pick later in the week. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  20. So...no matter what happens this week...The actual Forrest/MTCS game is all that matters??? That what you are saying? Example...Forrest wins this week but MTC loses. Then MTC beats Forrest. MTC goes to playoffs cause they take the tie breaker for beating Forrest??
  21. Ok Ok Ok...Sorry LOL. I was just speaking. /sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />
