We are definitely much improved since the last meeting. I’m interested to see how much it will show.

We have been fortunate to stay healthy. The usual bumps and bruises but nothing that has caused anyone to miss a game. We lack size at Runningback but they have a lot of heart and toughness. Other than the FB our backs average around 135lbs. They give everything they have.

Oh yeah. They had the exhaust tuned up for us.

Are there any other 1A Regions with 3 teams to advance?

Absolutely! These are 2 good teams and deserve to be in the playoffs. We’ve seen horrible at LV. This isn’t horrible by any means.

What LV needs is an endorsement from the MountainTroll. That would give them the edge.

Hopefully I’ll be able to get on here later to say “I told ya so.” Either way, I hope for a good, clean game and a great atmosphere.

Ole Lancer10 hasn’t posted on CoachT in quite some time. I’m not saying he doesn’t troll the forums but I’ll pass the message along.

This group has done a very good job of trying to change the culture of football in LV. It’s a mentality. It’s hard for those who have never experienced it to understand. That is why the same teams are usually in the playoff conversation and others just participate every few years.

JB isn’t SP

I recognize both usernames from way back. Don’t make assumptions that everyone that doesn’t post all the time is a rookie. dpell is a “wet behind the ears” rookie!! LV just hasn’t had much to post about in 8 years or better. Not much reason.

Let’s not get too cocky dpell. Haha I’m sure LV will be happy with a 1 point victory.

I’m just saying that kids sometimes get caught up in #2 seed, #3 seed more than coaches. I’m sure the JB coaches will have them prepared.

LV will be overlooked in this one. Hope the boys can use it to their advantage. When you consider they are in a region with the best Whitwell team in 30 years and SP who is always SP, they are a pretty good team.

Should be one of the more competitive first round games. I gotta go with LV. They’ve played some tough teams. LV had several players out vs. Huntland. I understand JB got hit with the injury bug vs. Huntland as well. Both took it on the chin. I think it’s a very evenly matched game. The long ride may be the difference though!!

So they kick everyone out after the game and make them pay $15 to get back into the “Senior” bowl? Or do they come by and collect the $15 from everyone in the stands?
