Does anyone have the JPII, Bishop Fenwick score from sunday?

Father Ryan-1 Bishop Fenwick-3 Very strong (Cincinatti, Ohio) team. subd every 5 to 10 minutes with fresh legs, and talent no different that those coming out. Scoreless at the half. Fenwick scored first on a cross in front of the goal. Ryan scored next on a 8 yrd header from Courtney Rymer on a corner kick. Fenwick scored twice in the 68th and 72nd to end the game. Great Depth for Fenwick. Good try for Ryan hangin in there and not giving up.

Father Ryan-2 GPS-1 Good hard fought game with good moments for both teams. Shannon Cain for Ryan scored first on a PK. with 30 seconds left in the half Josie Rix scored the solo goal for GPS. Ryans Savannah kegg scored the game winning goal in the 76th minute.

BGA-1 Father Ryan-0 BGA is a very strong team but fortunate to come out with the win. Ryan is showing some young maturity.

BGA-1 Father Ryan-0 Ryan controlled and possesed most of the game with more shots on goal, just couldn't get the ball in the net. Great job girls!!

Yes we'll miss Camille. Last season we had one freshman getting a lot of playing time defense, and there are several returning soph, jun & sen defensive players that are very solid. I think tommorrow night is going to tell us a lot. Franklin is always loaded with talent and a fun match-up. So as I type I'm also thinking about the teams that are still allowed to participate in outdoor practices. I know Brentwood is practicing ( My bosses daughter made the JV team ...... Go Meagan!!!), Maybe I'll get a raise out of that LOL> Father Ryan is out there @ 103 & heat index off the chart. Well I guess the coaches know what there doing! water, water, gatorade, water, go girls.

coach Dietrich is going to have to pick between 3 candidates. Emily Hubback (junior) I think is the front runner>

They look pretty good so far. Good returning talent. It's hard to say until those first couple of scrimmages. It's true Camille Walters chose not to play and train for travel instead. I think there are a couple of underclassmen that can step up into that defensive role, but hard to fill those shoes. Camille's an awsome player. Also Ryan has a huge freshman class (17), with a couple of girls playing JV/V. Every body is exited to start playing. My daughter says she wants to play because practice is so darn hard (Quote).

Father Ryan against Seigal (8/9/07-JV 4pm-V 6pm) has been postponed, hoping to rescedule Aug. 15th / Ryan, previously scheduled to host Franklin (8/10/07-JV 4pm-V 6pm) will move the games to Franklin so they can play later in the evening (8/10/07-JV 6pm-V 7:30pm).

Also it looks like Rutherford Co. School system has suspended all outdoor sports, and I'm sure that's not a bad idea with the temps. Take it to the gyms coaches.
