  1. That's mature /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> !
  2. I think that TSSAA should without fail schedule all semi-final games on a neutral field to both games. No teams should have home field advantage at this level, it just ain't fair!!!!!!!
  3. With huge nods to GreyGhost for his superior talent, as we prepare to leave the house ( to the tune of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz) Weeeee're off to play the Devils, the Devils of Greeneville High. Our quarterback has a helluv an arm, his passes will really fly. With fifteen nearby, he'll hand off the run, And great line blocking, he'll pass from the gun To four, seven, eleven and sixteen. Best group of receivers you've ever seen. The best that you've ever seen. We're off to beat the Devils, the Devils of Greeneville High! Obviously,I'm a Rebel fan. This is just for fun. Good luck and a safe game to all. Dress warm!!!! /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  4. And don't forget DB's Gerald Sensabaugh!
  5. 07devil, Curt did score 6 td's, alot because of his individual effort and abilities, however the entire Rebel team put him in position to exhibit his effort and abilities. This was and will be a complete team effort!
  6. Since the flag is a topic all its own, then what are we doing talking about it on this post? Those one or two on the field are the same type who scream slurs during protests, on the street, in the movies, on tv, in songs (rap???), and whenever else the opportunity arises. They are the few not the many. Vikings, as I recall from history, were not exactly the nicest of people. They raped, burned, pillaged, and so forth. I don't imagine this applies to the players at THS. (At least not most of them!) /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> The schools' mascots were decided long before our children arrived at their respective schools, and will probably be there when they are gone. Let's keep the posts on track, and ignore those few idiots who abuse the situation.
  7. Don't judge an entire student body or even a team by the actions of a few ignorant rubes. There are always a few in every bunch. Your team played hard and well and 99.9% of South players and fans have nothing but respect for them.
  8. Blake's problem wasn't not drinking enough at any point. He, per his mom and dad, has been battling a severe stomach virus most of the season causing severe vomiting and all the rest. He has been to the doc numerous times and couldn't quite shake it. He would be better two or three days and then sick again. That will cause dehydration no matter how much you drink. I think he's finally about over it, and back to full strength. Oh, and he is getting some scouting looks.
  9. Thanks for the kind words Cap. both teams deserved to win, they both played their hearts out! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  10. According to what Coach Carter told the players yesterday AM it is a pinched nerve in his (Landon Bedford #21 JR) neck. He is out for the season, maybe for good, but apparently will be all right with time and treatment. Don't know if he is still in the hospital, but I've had a pinched nerve and it HURTS!!!! There is no medication they can give you that will take away that pain unless they send you flying. Prayers are most appreciated, I'm sure.
  11. #21 Landon Bedford. According to Dr. Phillips (Curt's dad) last night, he appeared to have some compression and bruising of his cervical spine. He had movement, but was experiencing sharp, severe pain, indicative of injury. Therefore, even though they thought he would be okay, they were going to treat it as an injury just to be safe.
  12. Comp: Do you think they were hard last night? Great game Go Rebels they were hot!!!!!!!
