Senior Trent Dixon, sophomores James Gillen and Cole Nabors will be the returning male throwers for Hendersonville. Female Brooke Underwood will also be returning for the commandos.

In the first round of the district tournament coach Russ Plummer turned his eyes to Michelle McLeod, she had two goals and an assist which gave major hopes for Plummer for the upcoming season leave your thoughts.

its cool man but its just hard to believe with the allumni i have met from hhs that they would put down the assistant coaches especially someone who played football at hendersonville with one of them. i doubt that you were talking about coach bundy and you werent personally putting him down but if you call out any of them you are calling out all of them and also the team, i understand the point that you are getting at i just don't like the comments that you made about the coaches sitting around.

Hes human and not even Emmitt Smith played every high school game perfect, if you go out there Friday night and you believe in yourself and your teammates and you play for something bigger than this game we call football and know every play when you line up that you are going to beat the guy in front of you than you can do anything.
