Biggest Dog, I don't know what that person means. Everytime they've faced Harriman, Harriman has been ready. Last year especially.... and I promise you come Friday Night they'll be up for this one too!!!! again this is only my opinion. It'll be a good one, no doubt about it... good talent on both sides of the ball...speed, size and strength. Even youth will play a big factor in this one, on both sides. Records and classifications means nothing in this one

Harriman fans don't worry, I did some asking around last night after I heard about some injuries, and from what I heard about practice yesterday... rockwood will be so beat up and sore from a Wednesdays Practice????? they'll be lucky to take the field come Friday night?

I heard #44 was injured? Anyone know what happened today at practiced...

I am a Rockwood fan and have been to every Rockwood game in the last 16 years.. never have i heard from rockwood's student section or any other student section act the way kingston's did friday night.. It's scummy and pathetic.. Kingston has no class and has always thought they were better than everyone else.. And from what i heard they were yelling racial remarks towards the rockwood's player (21) preston harvest.. The Roane County super intendent or kingston principal should take care of that in a hard way.. Very low on Kingston's part..

Now that is quite a stretch. CAK and Webb are two rival schools that sit about 1 mile apart. It is only normal that this will be a much talked about game. If fans (not players) talk about a rivalry, that has no bearing on whether the players are overlooking the opponent or not. CAK is a 1A size school playing 2A, in the same region as Alcoa. They also play 3A and 4A teams as well as a very stong Webb team this year. They can not afford to overlook any opponent. I suppose with your logic, if a Washington fan starts talking about the Washington / Dallas game this year ahead of time, that means the Washington players are overlooking all of their other opponents and they should be insulted. How rediculous. If CAK comes with the same intensity and execution that they have displayed so far this season, I believe they will come away with a victory. If CAK is a little flat after a very emotional rivalry game with Loudon last week, 3A Page could bounce back and give CAK trouble. My prediction is that Coach Bradley will keep his team very, very focused on one game at a time. I believe you need to check the numbers... cak has enough students to be an 3A school, and have been for the past 2 yrs. If what I heard is correct, next yr cak will be 3A classification ( rule is you don't have to move more than 2 w/in 4 yrs? ) please check and see. I do know cak is one of the largest, if not the largest 2A student enrollment.

Let's do clear the air....PUNK I am an Alum from Rockwood and I played for Coach Pembertons, and never did they ever teach me to through one of my own under the bus.... Man you had me fooled... I thought you were from some other school by reading your threads. You're not taking on one, but the very heritage of our proud program.... but by your thread, you have more friends in Sweetwater than here... And back when you played.... all you ever did was watch and criticize...you never played this game, not with your comments and Coach Pemberton is not some Ole C-Dub, not to the likes of you!!!!!! What ive seen in the past 3 yrs. and pruff is in the pudding... I would want to know on a dive, isolation, or sweep where that Kid from Rockwood is heading? what you agree? I don't say he's the BEST in structure nor by his surroundings but in his spirit and heart....not many have i seen.. ( which limits to only my opinion) Also where he lines up on Defense has opened many young eyes before a snap. Don't know all the details or what makes your LIST: BUT I have never seen him take a play off...He don't come out and he gives you all that he has for the team on and off the field. Just to be a farm boy with out all the trainers, camps....yes he loves football but it's not his life....it's not an god to him ... his unselfish attitute on and off the field ( to play hard) you've not heard a lot of HIP on here ...especially from the Roane Co New......... Rockwood is thankful for all these young men!

If Rockwood makes the playoffs they'll need to stay healthy and get some breaks. As the Ol saying goes, "there's times I'd rather be lucky than good." MULEDOG... I agree. Rockwood needs to strap it up and shut up. As I see it, the best chance Rockwood has, is to play as a TEAM snap after snap without mistakes and good on the field play calling.

vickpup, after reading your remarks... we had one word to describe someone like you when we were in school (PUNK !!!!) Someone who wanted to ESCAPE their own reality and be somebody else cause of their own insecurity of being a nobody. and no... nobody knows who you are because you are the one hiding behind a name, watching from a distance (van, drive by, in a crowd) and to go even lower, making it more personal by bringing a girlfriend into it? want you do everyone a favour - Keep your posts factual and sports related. sounds like Rockwood just needs to stay home and void the embarrassment sense they don't have the talent to play with the BIG NAMED players.

hard fought game all night...loved the pace. our boys played very focused and together. speaks well of our staff. there's a few players i feel needs to buy into the whole TEAM concept. get "D get Meaner.. attack more aggressively" all and all a total great effort. Boys 2 already in the books... it'll be over before you know it ( work hard, stay focused)

HAHA son! See the game tonight?!? I recall allen layin some sor boys on their a*#@s at least 6 times. And from what i was told one time he hit robinson so hard he looked at him and said "i'm sick of this s*&^" referring to having to hit him. I'm sure allen would LOVE to line up against you, whoever you are, and light you up a few good times. He's a bruiser and i'm more than positive he'd be showing YOU how it's done. Oh and just to clear things up, he was sick against oneida friday night. He threw up after every play but didn't come out because he wanted to play.... nough said... Oh and I'm glad you have so much knowledge about football and picked sor... Rockwood DOMINATED that game.. Good for Coach King, and the whole RCHS administration for allowing a good pep rally. Most schools have took this away from the kids. I remember we couldn't wait, spirit stick, cheerleaders, coaching staff...whole student body ( it was real ) now what I hear "15min. or less" in the morning for some schools. Coaches ??? Teachers fussing... sad sad sad... All I want to say is "Way to Go Coach King and Staff" give these kids something to remember, to tell their kids.
