Congrats to both teams. Sounds like a tough match. Wish I had made the trip but 1100 miles is a bit too much. btw, you can sing "Eastbound and Down" 50 times from Hampton to Oneida. It's a very accurate form of measurement...NASA like.

Wow...what a game. Oneida and Greenback should sign a 100 year contract. With only 6 seniors, Coach Lambert is getting a lot done with some youngsters! Sounds like the Cherokees are as mean as ever! Good luck boys, hope both teams keep improving....Lots of tackle football left to play!

Actually have wireless internet...in that my internet is beamed to my casa from a tower. Not even phone lines where I live (God bless cell phones). Busy getting the monkey enrolled in a school that accepts wild Vols and working like crazy. Friday night lights next week Crow!

I tell ya Roy, I'm gonna miss Tennessee football all around! I'll be telling my buddies out there that the best teams in Tennessee could play all day long with the Texas schools. Lots of great football players and coaches in TN!!!

Not sure who "they" are but the Lone State just might become a Republic again no USA, no Mexico...just Texas! ahhhhhh ! btw...when you go into the state capital in Austin, Texas, there is a huge, 18' oil painting of Davy Crocket. Plus, General Sam Houston and Mr. Stephen F. Austin were both from Tennessee. Lot of love for TN in TX!

Your right CoachT...Each Friday night, In Austin, Texas, I can look up my Indians, and Cherokess and Bulldogs...even the YellowJackets (from Trousdale Co!} How cool is that? Like cooler than anywhere else in the world! Drove past the middle school scrimmageing. First time in 10 years I wasnt watching or fillming. That was tough. God speed boys...run right thru em and play like your hair was on fire!

Back in the 1800's, when folks from Tennessee moved to Texas, they hung a "GTT" sign out in front of the ole homestead. "Gone to Texas" Not sure if anyone will read this and probably sure less care, but I had to post somthing! The Smashmouth clan is moving back to the state in the middle of the country that looks like a fryin' pan! Very hard to leave, but they only let Texans stay in Tennessee for 10 years...and I've been here 12! If any moderators hit this thread, please send my sincerest thanks to CoachT. I had so many great times on here, too many to write bout. Not to mention all the great info. I would love to see CoachT out in the Lone Star State! Best football site ever! See ya later boys! Dang boys, My CoachT time is ticking faster and faster.....way it rolls. Congratulations to Zach! You will not find a better kid on this planet. I can not wait to watch him drive the ####### daylights outa bama and usce and especially ga. This kid stepped up and played high school ball his 8th grade year! He has won national awards in Oklahoma and South Carolina at different nation-wide football camps. He is gonna be an awesome Vol! Go Vols!
