Buy the way Photoman the so called TD to Harrison Smith was out of bounce I was standing a few yards away.In Ref.classes thay teach you to first to watch the players feet to see if he is in .Then move your eyes up too see if the catch is made and if the ball breaks the plane of the goal.Most REFs look @ the ball first it is human nature.

Would the real Falcons please stand up?The team that played @ Cath. last nite looked like the team @ Oak R.week one.Where are the players that put a beat down on AC in week 2? The O line and D line were big and strong against AC. Even the players #'s were not the same #'s at the OAK R. game.The team last nite @ Cath.looked like the team @ O.R. week one (second string) small, slow.Have they started drug testing? I Know AE doesn't. I have read in the Knoxnews that the Anderson County schools do, but Knox County can't afford it. I think all should. That's the only way to make the playing field even.The TSSAA could pay for it, money is all they care about anyway. That is why the the big money ridden private schools are playing the public schools. Brentwood all over again. Players have personal trainers. The football boosters start talking and recruiting kids out of middle school.I have a lot of friends that coach football in east TN . They all have told me that. Some kids enrolled in public schools in east TN can't afford shoes, let alone personal trainers. It is not fair to the public schools . Heck , the sponsors give them 100$ for every TD. I would like to know what a (WIN IS WORTH)!THANKS,PEACE ,OUT.

Dude, I hope the "AC" is a typo. AC does not have any players on the roster whose name is Woody. Besides this game is over, you know, like last week. I think you have mistaken the writer of this post as an AC fan, when in truth, if I am interpreting his post correctly, he may possibly be an AE fan. Please.....move on. Thanks.

Will the real Anderson County Football Team PLEASE Stand Up...or SHOW UP???!!!!!!! Were exciting to watch the first part of the season. Passing and running. Mixed it up well. Refreshing to see. I think they have the best team since 2002, when they play like we know they are capable of playing.

Thank You.) I am deeply disturbed about comments previously made by people like this. They attack people personally, calling them terrible names, even suggesting people's suicides. I suggest that these forums have no place for these types of comments and really should be reported. Trash talk can be fun, of course, and hopefully that is what we are all doing. Even the source you quoted uses the word "rescues", which is exactly what the refs did for Catholic. I was quite serious in my suggestion you get "help". You never did answer the questions posed to you about your sordid past, by the way. Without a doubt, your mindset, what little you have, suggests a very morbid, negative individual, who can't move past the idea or concept of someone else committing suicide. That indicates to me, that you are probably such a misersable individual that this subject crosses your mind many times a day in a more personal way. actually we did lead 14-6 because we were going up 21-6 and those money happy refs called more than 2 penalties in that same drive so maybe you should know what your talking about before you flap your jaw moron!!!!

Anderson County did lead 13-6, (sorry about that!), technically. I couldn't care less whether you take me seriously or not, my mental capacity is not what is being questioned here. You, however, should seek help if you consider suicide for anyone as being a contribution to society. P.S....just a quick question: Did I hit a sore spot with you? Have you possibly made some of those horrific calls in your sordid past?

Do you not get tired of referees deciding football games? Whether it be, little league, middle school, or high school games? Let two football teams, whatever level, be afforded the opportunity to play the game for the love of the game..whether you are a finesse team, a smash mouth football team or whatever. Let your coaches coach, your players play and your referees ref.......fairly, for both teams. Do some research into the background of some referees. You'll be surprised to find out whose son played for this coach or that coach ten years ago and because that ref feels his son wasn't "done right", he intentionally will make a bad call at a critical time to punish that same coach his son played for. You would be surprised at the referees that have nephews and grandsons playing for teams that these same refs are calling games for. You know, we all make mistakes. No one is perfect. No referee can see every play on every down. That being said, I would just like to see refs hold themselves accountable for the calls they make sometimes. I believe they call it, INTEGRITY. I would surely like to see TSSAA put some type of system in with some checks and balances that would prevent these types of situations from arising. It just leaves a bad taste in your mouth! YUCK!

Was you at the game last night AC up 14-6 when Coleman-11 put his bone jarring hit on a Rec and the ball flew out .The MAVs recovered and moved in the red zone Longmirer-7 threw to the in zone a couple times .TE 88 got mugged on front and back the catholic refs let them play.That would have been 21 to 6 mabe 28 to 6 But early in the first the catholic refs took aTD away on aholding call.AC exposed alot stuff on Catholic" I THINK FULTON WILL ROLL UM.If keer gives them film Idont know were that games played but I would pay to see it.Catholic looks like a D-1 school in the line .A man on track wearing Catholic colors told some of us guys every player has a trainer.Must be nice to have the big money of the privant schools.Hey it is like UT playing CARSON NEWMAN- GO CARSON NEWMAN- GO ALL UNDERDOGS.

I agree bigboy 92. We will see....so let's throw out a challenge to whomever the refs will be Friday night. Here it is: If you have any "personal interest" in this game between these two teams, EXCUSE YOURSELF! (You know...that "conflict of interest" thing.) If you have any relatives in this game between these two teams, (You know...son, cousin, grandson, etc.) EXCUSE YOURSELF! If you have any reason, whatsoever, not to call this game to the best of your ability, without predjudice, to call it the same for BOTH teams...EXCUSE YOURSELF! Call it right down the line, to the best of your abilty, without bias towards or against either team. Let us see who really wins this football game and not give either team the excuse that they got "bad calls".

I agree...If AC plays Catholic like they did Powell, Catholic will have their hands full. Zack Vann won't enjoy the yards in this game like he has against other teams Catholic has played this year. Who wants it most??? Will AC run or will they pass? It's nice to be able to question what you will see next from the Mavs. They have been exciting to watch this year!!!

AC beat kingston and the refs from clinton and oak ridge how bad is it when you have to score 3 tds to get 1 .we get better calls on the road .

Guys Knox Catholic should win it all every year if they didnt lay eggs in big games.They are the best team money can buy.Catholic starts recuriting kids in middle school people you dont even know will come to you and start try to get your kid to come to catholic.BIG PROMISES ECT. The bosters do it that is why privites schools need to play with them selfs.Brentwood all over again but money talks and ######## walks.Fulton will most likely beat them in the playoffs if they can keep there players out of trouble.If the Knox County Schools drug tested like the Anderson County schools do a friend of mine that lives and works in knox school board said they might have trouble fielding teams.He said the grades dont matter to a lot of coaches its all about football and winning state.
