I went to the Jamboree last night on the Creek bank and have to say, was very impressed. Even though I didn't know everyone's names, they all appear to be in great shape. Freshman team is special. Lots of good athletes and good size. The Boys appear to be in alot better shape than they were last year. I am very excited for the season, and especially the next 2 to 3 yrs. GO JACKETS!!!

My understanding he has accepted. Just what I'm hearing, don't know anything for a fact. But from what I heard several days ago, he will be a good hire and came very highly recommended.

All we know is Clint said he would make announcement sometime around the 13th. Been very quiet about it around town. A lot of speculation, but no hard facts or anything leaking out that we know.

I think Woodmore would make a fine head coach. He prepared a very good defense against us in the Clinic Bowl, and he's a Yellow Jacket. Hope he gets the job.

Great questions. I'm guessing the younger guy. I think Clint will want to groom whomever it is. He loves the football program, I know this, and I truly believe he will make a good hire. With that being said though, this is a huge freshmen and sophomore class with alot of talent and potential in the next couple of years, so maybe the older guy with experience would be best for them. I have faith that Clint will make the rite hire. GO JACKETS

Not doubting MC has a good defense, if they didn't they wouldn't be where they are tonight. But doubt very highly they have seen a back like #5 the entire year. You should have been at Whitwell game Ambassador, had to pull #5 in 3rd quarter, that's all I'll say about that.
